Julian Schnabel is the dad, Vito, Heidi's boy toy, is his son. Wasn't there a blind recently about how badly Vito treats Heidi and how she continues to take the abuse? Julian is an Alpha AAA male. I can't imagine Vito walking behind anyone. Not even the Queen.
He can't sing like Seal, but he comes from art royalty. His mother is a famous designer, artist, business woman. His father is one of the most famous contemporary artists and filmmakers in the world. He was brought up in beautiful homes all over the world. As a young person he would dine with Warhol, Basquiat, Haring, de Niro, Gary Oldman, and on and on. He speaks many languages, and owns his own art gallery. Her life with Seal was centered around their children. Her life with Vito is centered around having a hell of a good time. One day in Manhattan, the next in St. Barts, then Paris, then Spain...never a dull moment. He doesn't need to be well endowed to make her happy, although if he's anything like his father he definitely is! Lucky lady, for sure.
Warhol died in 87, Basquiat 88, Haring 90 which makes Schnabel (born 86) a baby/toddler when he met them. Besides, it never looks good to claim fame by proximity (cf celebrity offspring everywhere).
