This actor/writer is really good at staying quiet. Things his actress wife told him not to say and things not to say so his wife doesn't find out about his on set cheating.
It's about him keeping quiet so it doesn't attract attention to his cheating, which would of course break them up, and put Brad and Jen back in fan fiction gossip again.
Loons have been trying to poison Jen's relationship and then marriage since forever. It'll get worse now that Brangelina is kaput. They also hate Amal who shows Angie up on a regular basis.

It's really strangely worded, but it's trying to say that Theroux is very good at staying quiet, he's very good at not saying anything his wife tells him not to say, and he's also good at not saying anything to his wife that will make her suspect him of cheating.
In other words, he's good at keeping his mouth shut.
