It's supposed to sound like jen and justin but is made up I bet.
Not if it's Jen and Justin. She wants him to say nothing about Brad and Angie, and he knows enough to say nothing that would get him caught cheating.
So how would a comment about Brad and Angie get him caught cheating? I just don't get it.
It's about him keeping quiet so it doesn't attract attention to his cheating, which would of course break them up, and put Brad and Jen back in fan fiction gossip again.
Loons have been trying to poison Jen's relationship and then marriage since forever. It'll get worse now that Brangelina is kaput. They also hate Amal who shows Angie up on a regular basis.

It's really strangely worded, but it's trying to say that Theroux is very good at staying quiet, he's very good at not saying anything his wife tells him not to say, and he's also good at not saying anything to his wife that will make her suspect him of cheating.
In other words, he's good at keeping his mouth shut.
