This Academy Award winning actor got kicked out of a party for trying to offer this foreign born A+ list singer not named Rihanna a hit from his crack pipe.
Cuba's been walking around with his crack pipe, so he's a good guess. The singer could be anyone, trying to think of who's been at the award shows recently...
To OKay: This person is not only "offering" it to other people, but clearly also using it himself by means of smoking. IE subjecting other people nearby to secondhand smoke and hence making them inhale his drugs as well.
As I said, druggies couldn't care less about other people's right not to use drugs. I don't want that shit in my body, thankyou.
Obviously, if he got kicked out of the party, he was being very aggressive in the way he was "offering" it. Enough so that the person felt harassed. Which seems to be typical Cuba Gooding. And yes, they do have the right to go to an event and not have some slobbering drug addict ruin their good time.
