Apparently this multiple Academy Award winning/nominated actress is willing to let some sexual assaults not influence her choice of lover. Or, that is he is seeing someone else.
My mother knows a woman who "dated" Casey Affleck. It was ongoing until August of last year. He would meet her in hotel rooms. She thought she was in love with him and is still having trouble moving on.
Hotel rooms seem to have a romantic mystique all their own. Back in the 60s if a guy rented a nice hotel room with chilled champagne he could pretty much do anything he wanted. We were all just going on The Pill and thought this was sexy as hell. Don't know how we survived the 60s! Most of us (not me) were stoned half the time so they don't remember most of it. Except those pesky kids who turned up 9 months later!
Yup and all the Hollywood hypocrites who "act" as feminist - calling those who could note vote for someone so corrupt " brown shirts"- seriously Meryl?? Will be clapping away for Casey the sex assaulter - boycott the academy-let the vagina hats watch- oh sorry - they are too elite to watch TV send a message brown shirts who don't live in NY or California - let's see the ratings
So weird-just watched it yesterday and that scene was fierce! (The scene with the home on fire and aftermath gutted me and I almost had to stop watching)... MW is truly talented- small part-enormous grit she gave to it.... Casey was excellent as the detached broken man--but not for thebAA don't think
