Today's Blind Items - A Couple Of Rants From Himmmm & Some Old Hollywood

#1 - Apparently Hollywood royalty _____________________ (Aging just about permanent A list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee) thinks it is not only okay for a woman to molest her tween stepson, but she thinks that is what an empowered woman does. This is why our actress (without noticing how far up her own ass her head is) decided to make a movie paying tribute to that woman who is an Old Hollywood A lister who was an Academy Award winner/nominee. She notoriously raped her own tween stepson, the son of a famous director. The director reportedly caught them in bed together and divorced the actress. The director has been attacked for years due to his relationship with a teenage actress who was murdered in her later years.  However, neither the director nor the teenage actress were related to each other. Family friends of our Old Hollywood actress and the director said the actress kept her stepson "groomed" and tending to her every whim during their time together. The world would collectively castrate any actor who did such a thing to his tween stepdaughter, but apparently that is romantic if it is a woman.

#2 - In the next few days, this studio will have a public announcement made relative to them that the corporation swallowing them up will be stalled. The government will announce they are suing to block the deal. The studio's stock price will drop like a rock and a lot of investors and partners, both Russian and Arab, will lose a lot.

Behind the scenes, this politician is making good on his threats - that I told you about last month -  that unless this network bends to his will? He will block the takeover deal, which will allow congressional hearings - and politicians will go crazy grilling the studio and the corporation over their Hollywood abuse culture. It's the last thing the studio or corporation need now.

The studio head is already putting out feelers for a new job and told one Hollywood super agent (has a famous offspring) he'd take a job in Silicon Valley to escape the pressure. Meanwhile, that friend/"employee" of the politician was told that if he has to resign his post due to overseas entanglements, he's got the politician's blessing to form a consortium to take over the studio for himself. That is, of course, unless the corporation decides to cave in to the politician and become his personal "kneepads network" like this other network.

I think the second one might have to do with that deal where AT & T was requested by the government to sell off CNN before buying Time Warner?

    2. At&t trying to buy Time Warner. Trump is saying At&t will have too much power/be a monopoly with news media, so Time Warner must sell CNN first. Time Warner does not want to do this. Trumps keeps insisting. I assume b/c he hates CNN and their folks. The network who loves Trump already is Fox. Steve Mnuchin is his Secretary who might need to step down if his dealings overseas come to light. Steve M seems enamored of Hollywood, so my guess is he would like to take over the studio, Time Warner.

  13. Gloria was married to Nick Ray, and she slept with his 13 year old stepson. Annette Benning is making a movie about her. It’s hardly a blind.

  14. Gloria Grahame was married to Nicholas Ray, director of Rebel Without a Cause - he must have had a relationship with Natalie Wood when she was a teen.

"Apparently Hollywood royalty _____________________ (Aging just about permanent A list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee) thinks it is not only okay for a woman to molest her tween stepson, but she thinks that is what an empowered woman does." WTF?!

    ReplyDelete
  29. The stepson obviously seduced her, because women are always the victim.

    ReplyDelete
  30. No, that isn't what it's saying. She is playing Gloria Grahme, who WAS a child molester, and apparently Annette has some positive things to say about Gloria.

    ReplyDelete
  31. #1. I agree about Grahame and Benning. As an aside. Natalie Wood seems to be showing up in a lot of blinds lately. I wonder what's cooking there.

#2 is most definitely AT&T and Time Warner and Trump and Mnutchen. Trump just got back stateside and immediately began blasting CNN today. CNN's nonstop attacks on him will be the reason why the AT&T deal will flounder and fail. The people who are running CNN seem to not understand how politics will determine their fate. I'm surprised that the blind doesn't also mention the Chinese investors who sank ridiculous amounts of money into the Hollywood studio system recently. A whole lot of very rich people are about to lose a LOT of money.

The kneepads network is Fox News.

    ReplyDelete
  32. 2 - It's that AT&T/Time Warner deal, and Trump wants them to sell CNN, and there will be a battle in the court.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Good going gang.

It's not so much that they're a big blind mystery, just the fact that these things are happening. Nixon threatened the NY Times and WaPo about Pentagon Papers and that was considered a worse offense (to the public at the time) than his Watergate cover-up. But it is okay for our President to threaten CNN to fall in line or else? Guess one network of his isn't enough (FOX). Maybe he wants to be like Putin with RT and every media outlet in Russia? If Trump wants to threaten somebody why doesn't he nuke MSNBC? I'd personally hand him Rachel Maddow. Guess it's my libertarianism but I think any President should stay the hell out of news rooms unless it's about legit National Security. Not political security.

And Tsujihara will be lucky to escape WB in one piece. No matter how successful Justice League is it won't stop the Ponzi scheme shell game WB is having to use to finance their slate since they've cut ties to their billion-dollar piggy bank. Maybe he should leave before he's scapegoated for the entire empire crumbling down. I hear RatPac Dune is looking for a new leader.

Meanwhile, did any of you read that sweet piece on BBC about Annette and her tribute to the romantic Gloria? Nowhere in the interview was it mentioned that she raped her tweenaged step-son. Is Annette that oblivious? Or maybe she thinks it is okay. Will she do a film about the romantic relationships of Woody Allen and his daughters next? Or Polanski and the love of a child being sodomized on Quaaludes?

    Barf.

Nobody is calling Annette Bening a child molester FFS. It is saying that her hypocrisy is astounding. She posits herself as such a feminist and as the go-to person for what's "fair" in Hollywood. She talks about Gloria as being an older woman loving a younger man (the book writer -not the stepson) and ignores the stepson situation totally. THAT is what she's being called out on.

Yeah Enty, I'm ranting. Guess I have PMS. Peeved Man Syndrome. :-)

    ReplyDelete
  34. Wait. What?! If Annette Bening is portraying Gloria Grahame and from what I'm hearing/reading is praising Gloria, then could it be possible that the blind from last week (was it last week or week before) could actually be Bening? A lot of people guessed it was Beatty who passed around his wife. I don't want to believe it, but honestly, nothing will surprise me at this point regarding actors, actresses, politicians and CEOs.

I agree with "My answer is xyz" and everyone else who posted the same answer. There are a few Trump allies who are angling to buy CNN and change it, which would be stupid. I like having 3 different cable news channels with different voices, even if CNN is really inconsistent now.

I see this getting very ugly in court. Jeff Sessions is in the dog house with Trump and wants to keep his job. He will do his best to kill the AT&T deal. AT&T will be told that they have to sell CNN, and CNN will be told that they have to behave (i.e. stop attacking the president), or else. They will offered a deal.

I suspect that the CNN folks will fold and take a deal and start being nicer to the POTUS. After all, they want to keep their jobs as those types of jobs are rare and extremely difficult to get.

  49. Sorry Himmmm, but Justice League is going to shit the bed. MCU it most definitely ain’t. Sure it’s tracking to open big but I’m wagering that come Saturday and especially Sunday, mild to extremely negative word of mouth is going to sink it. MAYBE $100MM opening weekend domestic but it will fall short of expectations and tank from there. Probably the usual DCU $600MM-$800MM aka a MCU solo “bomb” when all is said and done at the box office; certainly no where near what the premiere, all star DC team should be bringing in. Thor, Spidey, GotG2 (and hell possibly even Logan although not MCU) will rightfully kick the living shit out of it this year both quality wise and box office wise.

  51. @JanetElizabeth..Annette Bening is making a movie about Gloria Grahame, who *did* have a stepson who she *did* have sex with. The molester is not Annette, but GG.

    ReplyDelete
  52. the fact that he fell in love with her and married her later isn't proof that all turned out fine in the end, it's more proof that molesting young teen boys is abuse. it retards their normal social development. think of emmanuel macron, vili fualaau, the way pamela smart was able to manipulate billy flynn. experiencing intercourse and a "love affair" with an older woman is so overwhelmingly mind-blowing to an adolescent boy that they remain "in love", never have the chance to fall in love with someone their own age, lead a normal life. girls are affectedly differently, causes self-loathing, self-blame, fear of intimacy, eating disorders. different kinds of damage but abuse in both cases.

  54. @Hmmmm I did read the BBC piece. It read as if GG was cast out of Hollywood for not getting into a limo with Howard Hughes. As you said, no mention of the scandal over her screwing her 13 year old step son. Annette Benning's sweeping under the rug of GG's child molestation is typical and expected feminist behavior. Women are only ever the victims of men. Feminists such as Camille Paglia that aren't true believers, that don't toe the party line, get cast out.

    ---

In regards to whether the President is trying to interfere with an independent news media, I question how independent the media is to begin with. Yes, they're independent from Trump, but it sure seems like they're always carrying for somebody. Remember how the NY Times pushed the false yellow cake story (concocted by our intelligence agencies) that led us to war with Iraq, and all of the networks parroted it? They did no independent investigation to verify the truth. And they also pushed the story, fed by that woman that worked for Israeli intelligence, about Saddam's soldiers ripping babies from incubators and throwing them on the floor. Doesn't this kind of propaganda have national security implications? Most recently, wikileaks revealed all of the connections between the media and political operatives in the DNC that were allowed to shape and greenlight stories favorable to Hillary before they were broadcast or went to print. I don't want to open up the political can of worms here, but there's a reason Hillary's supporters were shocked to find out she lost, and that's that the media told them that she had somewhere around a 90% chance of winning. I find it less likely they were genuinely mistaken in the polling and more likely they thought they could influence the election by falsely portraying her as the default winner.

To some degree, this is the right of the big wigs that own these networks. Politics has always been dirty and rough and tumble and the newspapers were always owned by wealthy families with their own agendas. But when they are being used by intelligence operatives to push us into unneeded wars, they start to seem more like propaganda arms of factions within our government who in turn might be doing the bidding of the super wealthy and large corporations.

I'd like to see much more anti-trust actions against the media, but if it's just punitive for not portraying the president nicely, then that's a different story.

    ReplyDelete
  55. There's no such thing as an unbiased news outlet. CNN is property of the deep state (FRB) and mouthpiece for the CIA, who also happen to be the intelligence arm of the FED.

  56. just read the bbc article that himmmm recommended....barf +. "we need more films about older women and sex". "sex" with a 13-yr-old is rape. it's acting on an aberrant attraction, not leading a fulfilling sex life.
BBC News Interview with Annette Bening

i think annette's trying too hard to look all sophisticated and european. maybe because she's older and doesn't feel sexy by hollywood standards.

there was a bestseller in france at the height of the mary kay letourneau case called "un seul crime, l'amour" ("the only crime was love"). the french find the macron's story romantic.

  57. #2: Well, GOOD. My WB holdings dropped from $80/share to $8/share when they merged with AOL back in the day, which was transparently idiotic. Bye, retirement! Also they treated Alan Horn, a truly good person, like crap. I hope this deal sinks like a rock.

Also per: Gloria Grahame: she definitely lived a VERY destructive life. I would like to point out, though, that Ms. Bening is neither a writer, a producer, nor a director of this film. Having read Mr. Turner's memoir, it is a small window on, essentially, Ms. Grahame's final chapter of life. It's an extremely thoughtful and personal book, and the film a result of many years of work by Barbara Broccoli, one of the rare powerful female producers in Hwd. Was Gloria G. a giant mess? Yes. Are actors responsible for due diligence in films about giant messes? I don't know. Please don't murder me in the comments, I love this site/commentators x

I have a strong feeling that Wilbur Ross, Commerce Secretary is the one who will be given the greenlight to take over TimeWarner. Wasn't he recently being grilled about his offshore investments that seemed to come out with the Panama Papers? Not to mention he's a billionaire as most media moguls who own media entities tend to be.

  60. @ Mike

Re Annette Bening, I'm not at all surprised that she completed blacked out the part about the rape of the 13 year old boy. She is just another POS hypocrite like all the others. Consider where she is and the current political climate all over the place there. This is Europe 2017----where the rape of women and children by a particular group has become standard fare, and all the feminists there are completely silent about it. And the men are all afraid to say or do anything because they immediately get labeled with the 'R' word and are subject to being charged with hate speech. Those of you who have traveled to Europe over the years will agree that that place has changed completely now. The famous buildings and landmarks are still there (for now) but its no longer like the pictures in the travel brochures. Free speech like we have here in the USA doesn't exist in most parts over there anymore. Everything and everyone is monitored. Everything is offensive. And if you post anything on the internet that the NWO groupies don't like (even on sites like this one) the cops will be knocking on your door within hours to charge you with hate speech. Most people do not believe this but it IS happening. This is fascism making its big comeback, and Hitler would have a constant hardon if he had lived to see this. But because Europeans choose to live in their EU Xanadu rather than pay attention to their history most of them won't see it until it is too late.

Regarding CNN and the rest of the so-called news media, it is impossible to talk about these people and not get political. THEY are, by nature, political. All of them are owned by globalist billionaires who are pushing the NWO agenda. And that includes the so-called outlier...Fox News. I have my opinions about Trump (and many of them are not good), but my opinions about Hillary and her husband are worse. What I find interesting about political discussions in any form is how they are predicated on the mistaken belief that there is a difference between the Democrats and the Republicans. Its all a very slick con game. These politicians all work for the same globalist masters. Pay close attention to what they actually do, and not what they say. You might be surprised at the things you will observe when you stop listening to their bullshit. The American news media is simply the propaganda arm of the whole thing. Most Americans who are politically centrist are noticing that progressive fascism is talking over America's cultural institutions too.

But, I digress...back to the gossip....

sorry, i couldn't help getting that in there (i'm assuming that like himmmm you're not a fan.) i respect the thought you've put into politics and we agree on many points, and it's fun comparing gossip theories with you...(not trying to pick a fight).

  62. @JohnDoe. I haven't had time to post for several days but i eagerly read all your comments. I agree about the abuse of young children and how it doesn't matter what sex the perp is.
Hollywood is still blind to their power brokers being evil degenerates since they appeared to be so politically correct. I think that Hollywood folks are twisting like pretzels to make the world fit into their constructs. And although people are stepping forward and calling out their tormentors, those who "heard the whispers" knew damn well what was happening and never did a thing to stop it. I dont know how they get a pass and when the shock wears off, the victims outrage will be powerful and come down on those people.
i too am feeling compassion for Lindsay. Her parents are drunks and narcissists who used their children to have their 15 minutes in the spotlight. Lohan had to get out of LA, not to sober up, but to expand her opportunities in the yacht world. Let's not forget that the mother was facing foreclosure before she went to Europe and Lindsay was most likely guilted into the game to save her mother's home.
When i think how so many of these kids were abused and used and tossed away, it doesn't make sense to say come back here and go to college. They are so broken and emotionally fragmented that expecting them to drop into a "normal' life is impossible for them to comprehend. How can you expect any of those adults now to trust anyone in any capacity? Their parents, agents, publicists, studio personnel, producers, directors, and teachers were all in the system and all aware of the game. And sad to say, it isn't over since there are so many other secrets to be uncovered.
Ultimately this may be a true turning point for society as a whole regarding how sexual harassment and exploitation will no longer be tolerated. But in the meantime, there needs to be constant pressure on all the parties who made these kids their personal play things.

The CNN deal is fascinating as well.

  69. @ Just Sayin

I'm not a fan of Maddow, but probably not for the reasons that you may think ;)

I still actually watch Maddow at times because I can't help but be awed by her conspiracy theories and how seriously she talks about them on the air---as though they are fact. I understand her style. She's a really good BS artist, and she's charming. She delivers the BS without the smarminess seen in many of the other BS artists in the 'news' business. People like her because they think she's real. She's a slightly less crazy female version of Alex Jones.

Maddow is a hypocrite. As a newswoman, if she REALLY wanted to investigate the extent to which Russians were involved in shady deals with the Americans, the US government, and influencing the 2016 elections she would be talking about Hillary's long (and very profitable) relationship with Vladimir Putin and his elite criminal buddies. But, Maddow will never seriously talk about certain on her show. She, like many of the others who cross the Demon Queen, would end up committing suicide with several bullets to the back of the head....Vince Foster, Seth Rich...dozens of others. But its safe to attack Trump on the air because he won't send people to kill you.

I used to like Maddow a lot too--- in her early days long ago when she was new-ish to NBC. Back then she was a slightly more objective news journalist. Now she's just rabid with bias and with her delusions and obsessions. I watch her mannerisms closely, and I also suspect that she's using.

    @KJ, thanks for the shoutout.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Re ATT - for anyone who doesn't read the business pages, the DoJ raised serious anti-trust questions from day one. The management of ATT apparently ignored those concerns; surprisingly because they thought Trump was their friend. I don't mean that in terms of a personal relationship but rather that they assumed his government would be so laissez faire pro-business that the DoJ would be neutered in terms of anti-trust enforcement. They were wrong. As for the claims that Trump is orchestrating this to get back at CNN, I think that is more Trump derangement syndrome than reality for the simple reason that Trump doesn't have any friends in the swamp of DoJ.

the bottom line is we like the talking heads who mirror our feelings. i'm embarrassed to say, from 1978 to 2006 i was a (cough*cough*) republican (kidding...i have no issue with conservative thinking. i wish we had a conservative white house right now.) i grew up in a democratic home in primarily republican neighborhoods in silicon valley and had mixed views when i registered. milton friedman's pbs show converted me wholly away from liberal thinking. i would have registered libertarian, like him, but i wanted to vote in the republican primaries. i voted the party line. watched fox news. voted for dubya 2x. then there was iraq, which looked like his attempt to avenge daddy at the expense of our soldier's lives and our money. katrina. the real estate crash, which devastated my personal world. i found myself at the other end of the financial/social strata, looking up at the world from the bottom of the well instead of sitting smugly in my home on the hill and looking down on the world. i changed parties because i felt that liberals cared more about other people than their own bottom lines. selfishness had caused the real estate crash. i saw it first hand as i'd been in the business. i don't toe the dem party line 100% and could give you a list of things i don't like that's almost as long as yours probably is. but it's where i feel most comfortable since the voting system forces me to label myself.

it was exciting to vote for obama in 2008, tho i told everyone, "this guy's just going to disappoint us. it's his image and charisma we're voting for...he's covered in pixie dust". i loved what he promised and was more than devastated by his first year, giving billions to banks who didn't use it to help people with their mortgages, but gave their execs huge bonuses (exactly what i see coming from the proposed cut to corporate taxes). backing off of his stand on gay marriage. the list goes on. in the end though i loved him and still do. he's not perfect, he's got skeletons etc. etc. etc. like every other d.c. pol. but compared to the culture of lying we have now, he looks like a choir boy. i know that you care about sexual abuse against women and children: and the societal blindness that continues to grace donald trump, particularly by evangelical "christians", plus their defense of roy moore, is mind-blowingly confusing and upsetting to me. i can't bear to watch any news show that defends them.

so bottom line, i agree with you 100% that we all need to look at all the facts and not think we ever really know what's going on, because more goes on behind the scenes than we're ever allowed to see, and besides, no one has all the answers.

so anyway, that's my story and i hope i can control myself better in the future and not go into politics here!!!

  72. Here in the UK we put CNN on par with the Disney channel.

Fascinating also how Obama hobnobbed with the celebrity rapists, pedos, ex drug dealers and killers, while Trump is making them run. Some of you libtards should think about that.

  77. "Family friends of our Old Hollywood actress and the director said the actress kept her stepson "groomed" and tending to her every whim during their time together. The world would collectively castrate any actor who did such a thing to his tween stepdaughter, but apparently that is romantic if it is a woman."

no, opposite. woody allen raised/groomed soon yi. just like in the BI and the world called him a genius. (just like polanski) his sagging, mouldering genitals are safely between his bandy, old man legs, and all the additional shit he did to dylan will never be accounted for either.

you know damn good and well that straight men are the biggest class of pedos and girls are their victims. don't come back with any bullshit.
