Blind Item #7

Apparently this former A list mostly television actor from a hit almost network show turned A- list actor on a fairly hit network show had to pay his wife so much money in their divorce because she knew about his involvement in a group that is making a lot of noise right now.

  4. +1 Tricia. Sounds like he paid through the nose in 2015 for his divorce, and he's on Lucifer now.

  5. Welling also very recently announced his engagement. Way to distract us, Tim!

  6. Lots of articles on Welling report that he had "substantial" assets due to consistent work. Being good with money is one thing, but his assets seem a bit above what you'd expect. Really gets the ol' noggin joggin...

  8. The terms of Wellings divorce ma,e this really seem to fit him. He has to pay her 20% of his net professional income with a limit of only the first $5 million he earns per year. So no set payments, she gets more as he works more, even projects started after the divorce, like Lucifer.

  9. I'm not buying it. Usually when you see those divorce terms in a divorce with "irreconcilable differences" it's because one party is playing nice so they don't get hit with adultery. Sometimes it's better to just pay than to have your name dragged through the mud and still have to pay.

  10. I have been wanting to share this personal nugget but I figured no one would care... but since y’all are following this stuff: Allison Mack and an older woman tried to recruit me into Jness when I was pregnant. It is soooo disgusting. I knew at they time they were creepy AF and was like, no, thanks. But gross! They knew I was fertile. Eew. Anyway, they went on and on about mother’s support group and female empowerment blah blah blah. Anyway, it happened to me, it’s all real and soooo disturbing. Just had to finally share with the internet.

    1. So glad you didn't fall for their bs.

  11. Ick! Thanks for sharing that La La. Reminds me of the Landmark recruitment techniques that family members were subjected to. They could fix EVERYTHING and help you be the best YOU. Empowerment, yeah, that's a dangerous buzzword.

    1. Totally! I’ve known a few people who got involved in landmark forum. Mack & her cohort definitely came across as cult-y I can’t imagine how desperate you would have to be to fall for it. Btw it was brazen - they approached me in a coffee shop in Venice, CA after staring at me creepily for a few minutes. *shudder*

  13. Everybody I've ever met who is deeply involved in cults and\or religion had glazed eyes almost completely wide open like they were in a trance.

  14. If your pregnancy was showing that could have been a big draw. It looks like NXIVM wanted untainted infants to raise according to their fuckt child development theories.

That is so so creepy that they would approach a stranger that way, out of the blue, for Raniere's purposes.

    2. I've seen many people post their accounts similar to this lately, specifically by Mack. Wild. Her full time job

    3. “fuckt child development theories” are more likely child trafficking related.

  15. Not Justin Hartley. This is Us is not a fairly hit network show. It's a big hit. Lucifer is a fairly hit show. So it's Tom.

  16. It's safest to assume that empowerment groups are scams that want to breed or brand you.

  17. Definitly Tom Welling
Almost network hit: Smallville in CW
    Fairly hit: Lucifer
Mack, Kreuk, and now Tom, I feel so sad and dissapointment.

  18. If someone files for divorce in CA there are only 2 choices to respond to the question re grounds for divorce. The choices are "irreconcilable differences or "incurable insanity." You have to check box a or b. There are no other options. And THAT is why the grounds given for most Hollywood divorces is irreconcilable differences

  19. "more likely child trafficking related."

Would that please you or do you know that for a fact?
