Blind Item #13

This former A list mostly movie actor who is a multiple Academy Award winner/nominee is in the news today for one thing, but still fully supports that foreign born former A list disgraced director.

  3. +1 cc423, interesting how Peter Fonda immediately jumped to wanting to have children raped and women whipped, I thought those details were suspiciously specific.

"“WE SHOULD RIP BARRON TRUMP FROM HIS MOTHER’S ARMS AND PUT HIM IN A CAGE WITH PEDOPHILES AND SEE IF MOTHER WILL WILL STAND UP AGAINST THE GIANT ASSHOLE SHE IS MARRIED TO,” Fonda tweeted early Wednesday morning."

"Fonda said “Kristjen Nielsen is a lying gash that should be put in a cage and poked at by passersby.” He continued, “The gash should be pilloried in Lafayette Square naked and whipped by passersby while being filmed for posterity.”"

    1. Just read some of his tweets. He's melting down. Also encouraging people to protest whilst saying he can't organise it or he'll be arrested for sedition.

    2. He should be horse whipped for what he said

  4. Yeah, interesting. He and Jane were raised under some very strange circumstances.

  5. Well he sounds like a nice man

  6. He’s got a movie coming out next week called, no kidding, “Boundaries.” I’m sure Sony Classics is thrilled with his recent statements.

The cure is pulling your head out of your ass and growing up. Only a child expects everyone to think and feel the exact same way as they do.

  8. OMG, it’s not coming out next week, it’s coming out Friday.

And it’s aimed at the “mature adult” market - all those oldsters who love Trump.

    That is one DOA picture.

  9. It's amazing how all these people are self-destructing via self-delusion that their despicable words will somehow improve the cultural debate or solve any problems.

If I was the PR team at Sony Classics I'd be looking for a glass of hemlock.

  11. Fonda sort of reminds me of some the commentators on this site. Could he be...____________?

    1. On another thread someone joked about Palestinian kids being targets and instead is applauded for their knowledge. Now old druggie Fonda gives an example and your outraged?? Who gives a shot and I'm am not a fan of Fonda but he can say whatever he wants and I'm not offended. Melania appears to have a heart and she is ok with me.

  13. Yeah this is a crazy thing- I worked with him on a festival I produced and he was a mild mannered ,thoughtful man. The statements, the climate-it’s all so incidiary thatbim not saying a thing—-but ffs. Relevance doesn’t(or shouldn’t come with or =sensationalism. It sucks all the way around.

    1. Polanski however, the spineless ,cowardly wee man should and probably will pray the atheist that he is- for redemption. But his Napoleanic ego -probably won’t allow for it and so his afterlife will be —-with Charles Manson, ironically.

  14. From 2009:

"Fonda says Polanski “is not responsible for killing anyone” and noted that the victim has asked for the case to be dismissed. "

So for Fonda drugging and ass raping 13-yr-old girls is okay, but murder is a step too far.

    3. Ok, I did not know that PF made reference to a Pedophile and Barron. He is missing lots of brain cells from LSD/coke and what he said is awful.

  16. C’mon Man, it was a different time back then man.
Getting bizzayyy with teens was a socially accepted norm in Hollywood man, ya dig?

  17. My old man worked on Easy Rider, and he told me that old' Stinky Pete & Hopped Up Hopper were doped up high as fuck during the entire shoot. Fuckhead Fonda hasn't changed much in the 50 years since.

  18. Obviously they were high as kites back then, as well as any other movies they made together, or with others. It was a different time, Nicholsen too and any other movie you night think of that hippies would like.. that was the entertainment culture.

Since he is Jewish, that probably won't be happening.

  22. If PF apologizes, I might forgive the ramblings of a dotard, but giving any Trump moral high ground in any situation is unforgivable.

  23. I thought he was dead.

  24. So I'm assuming that his movie will be pulled and he will be blacklisted right? Or does that not go both ways?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Sony Pictures Classics is not pulling the movie - although to be honest, that's hard to do now, when the advertisements are in weekend supplements that have already been printed and the movie is already sent to cinemas all over the country.

If I were them, I'd be a little worried about security at those cinemas, however. Lots of right-wing nutjobs out there.

In general, I've had it with the misogyny that seems to have become an accepted part of #resistance. Whether it's Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Melania, Ivanka, or Kirsten Nielsen, women in the administration are the targets of gender slurs, rape jokes, and suggestions of sexual humiliation.

And it seems to be only female administration members. Nobody's talking about putting Jeff Sessions nude in a cage, or Stephen Miller, or Eric Trump. Nobody questions their parenting in light of the administration's immigration policies.

If #reistance ever had the higher moral ground, it's ceding it.

  26. @Nutty

"I've had it with the misogyny that seems to have become an accepted part of #resistance."

Is it a part of a greater charter or something that defines #resistance for you?

"Nobody's talking about putting Jeff Sessions nude in a cage, or Stephen Miller, or Eric Trump. "

Yes people do, all the time. Why do those people making really awful comments about the above not get labeled as #resistance according to your definitions?

"If #reistance ever had the higher moral ground, it's ceding it. "

Only for you, and only because you've built a specious definition of what #resistance is according to your wonky need to criticize at this moment.

So what is your opinion of Trump calling all Latinos rapists and the general belief in this family and administration that all the suffering at the border is being carried out by actors, not participants? Yeah, those harmless comments delivered by those is charge are to be shrugged off, I hope that is not your position.
