This A-/B+ list actress who is a celebrity offspring who was much higher on the list than her offspring back in the day has stuck her foot through the door about the disgraced A/A- list mostly movie actor who is an Oscar winner/nominee. She has a truth to tell about him and finally has started talking about it. Slowly. Her publicists stopped her last attempt at doing so.

ReplyDeleteMelanie Griffith fits this well, but I also thought of Jamie Lee Curtis, who's been doing a lot of interviews lately for the Halloween reboot. She's married to a Baron who's wealthy, and her kids could be considered minor celebrities in their own right, like so many celebrity offspring. And of course, Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh were huge stars in their prime.

Sounds like it should read something like: "This celebrity offspring -- whose A-/B+ actress mother was much higher on the list back in the day than she is now -- has stuck her foot through the door..." That's not well-written either, but it seems that's what the blind is going for?
