Blind Item #15

I love this A- list reality star from that southern show, but the producers of the show are NOT going to allow her out of her contract or non-compete clause to be on a show for another network. It just isn't going to happen. Now, would they set up a show similar to the one her co-star/frequent hookup partner did? Absolutely.

    2. It would be a dating show-Bravo gave him “RelationShep”

  2. Kathryn says she is in talks with "The Bachelorette," so I'm guessing they are going to refuse her the opportunity to do that and perhaps give her her own spin off?

  3. Omg, if Katherine were the next Bachelorette, I might watch that train wreck again. Her facial expressions alone are television gold.

  8. Yeah I live underdogs so I’m really digging Kathryn this season and her shade, snark and strength tbh. That wasn’t the case for a long time and I still think she has some secrets.... that said, I wish she she stopped dressing so garishly and like her own age... she’s a young mom not Marie Antoinette

  10. Isn't the bachelor on bbc? If so why wouldn't they elect her, same parent company? Or is it abc?

  11. How does one get on that show? 🥀

Does one just mail in a letter stating they need to get laid? 📜

    Asking for a friend.

PS: I just came back to say, to whoever said something about Sharia law in Bali, how ignorant can you be? Bali is a Hindu region, that’s why it sticks like a sore thumb with its yoga/meditation culture compared to the rest of Indonesia. And the only part of Indonesia where Islamic Law is enforced is a province called Aceh. FFS. I’d advise you Americans to “travel more” to broaden your horizons but I won’t.

  12. @Jennacheryl, Southern Charm (I'm glad I had to look it up because I had no idea who she was) is produced by Bravo which is owned by NBC Universal. The Bachelorette is owned and produced by ABC which is part of Disney.

    YES! THIS! ^^^^
I love an underdog too. I try not to get too invested in reality shows, but I'm actually rooting for her.

Agree on the facial expressions too. Katherine and Winona Ryder have the BEST facial expressions...hands down.

  14. I would think that Bravo wouldn't want her touching the Bachelor franchise because it's owned by ABC, which is a direct competitor of NBC. That does violate a non-compete. To avoid issues, they'd have to give Kathryn her own spinoff.

That being said, I don't see ABC defecting from their established formula over that past decade, which is to have previous contestants be the Bachelor/Bachelorette leads. The viewers watch, in part, to watch their "favorites" find love. They'd be assuming that there's a large crossover between Southern Charm/Bachelor viewers, which is a big assumption.
