This permanent A list athlete is discovering that things are not all what they seem with her significant other. Apparently there is a secret lover from his past that he continues to talk to and see as much as possible. Our athlete just discovered this and is now in a huge funk.

DeleteEveryone on here has been saying Serena’s husband was gay since the moment they met. We have been saying it publicly and are not the only ones. If it Serena she chose to ignore it and made her own bed.

ReplyDeleteI don't think Alex would have gone this far, had that big ol'wedding and followed Serena where ever she's playing, if he didn't love her. He doesn't strike me as gay, either, but I've been fooled before.
ReplyDeleteI think Serena is very aware of his sexuality. There is nothing wrong with a lavender marriage if both are fine with it. Maybe they both wanted children and it works for them? If they're good people and parents it doesn't matter.

DeleteEven if it is a lavender marriage, and I agree with Amy - whatever - but a former flame reappearing and realizing the relationship has been ongoing can still be devastating to a new mom and a new family, regardless of whether the parents bang regularly.

I'm no fan of Sharadopa but she is perm A List in her corner of the sports world as the expression goes. Everyone knows her "boyfriend" is a beard and not a very good one. I mean that pic where he's supposedly tossing her salad and she doesn't even put her phone down?
I'm also suspicious enough to think this is a plant by someone wanting to throw shade at Serena for that bad loss. That might be why she opened up about being in a "funk" and how she is coping with her emotions.
Sometimes enty uses significant other to include spouses to make the guess harder. I wouldn't take that as a clue they aren't married. Sadly I think this is Serena.

Every one in her life (including her) are trying to push this 'super mom' narrative like she can squeeze out a child in the AM and win Wimbledon in the PM because 'I am modern woman, hear me roar.' As the great Jay-Z says, She's got 99 priorities but loosing tennis matches should not be one... hit me.
