They might have been co-stars on a long running hit almost network television show back in the day that was based on a movie, but they still don't really like each other. They posed together at a party for a photo, but that was it. It was painful to watch the whole process.

I remember in past years blinds on here that Alyson hated SMG (and also attacking Alyson for something like going for walks with her kids that were really for pap purposes) but recently I saw pics on SMG's instagram of her and her kids at a party at Alyson's. I think Sarah was friends with MT back then but don't know about now.
