Apparently the diva behavior on a recent trip was nothing compared to the verbally abusive thrashing the employee took on that trip when things were not perfect. The employee threatened to sue because of how bad the abuse was which would have become public. The employee instead was given a check and an apology by the in laws of the former actress turned abuser.

You've really had it out for Kate, and now Meghan for whatever reason (gossip) but not believing it. She hasn't turned into a monster overnight; quite the opposite in fact. Say whatever else you want, but there's just no way Harry would have chosen a bitch for a wife, which is why he chose her.

Just as much as you believe she’s so wonderful (which you have no actual proof of) she could just as easily be the exact opposite and be a horrible human being- which there have been how many stories, inconsistencies and lies to point to this? It amazes me how people will ignore the obvious and defend a celebrity that they don’t even know yet won’t do the same for family or friends. It’s the oddest shit ever!

I'm one person, and this is the first I've commented on Meghan. Defending her wasn't really my intent so much as expressing disbelief in this blind because it's ridiculous for the reason I stated.

ReplyDeleteI do not think she should be criticized for having only one family member there. Geez, have you seen their public display? I think she should continue to cut them off as they are only interested now that she is the Duchess. Not everyone can help who their family is and there is no obligation to them just because there is some measure of bloodline. Actions have consequences. Just my 2 cents.

ReplyDeleteAnyway, today's news is that the apartment right next to Will and Kate - the one that was being expensively renovated for Meghan and Harry, the one with the connecting door to the Cambridge home - is suddenly "not available."
The official line is the 74-year old couple currently living there, the Duke of Gloucester and his wife, "refuse to move" because they want to keep all 21 rooms for themselves. Uh huh.
Sounds like that connecting door was a bit too much family intimacy for the Cambridges.
I hope she's at least a bit of a bitch. Because I just LOVE bitches (straight women OR gay men). The firm already has dutiful well-behaved Kate. We need someone with a bit of edge.
ReplyDeleteMeghan made something of herself despite her family. They are horrible. The dad, the sister, the brother … yuck. If she flies off the handle with an employee, it wouldn't surprise me because she must have severe anxiety that it's all going to come crashing down unless she can present the perfect image to the world. Can't see how her self-esteem is high. It must have been draining being around her family members. Her mom seems nice but the dad's side is awful. I'll cut Meghan lots of slack over next few years as she tries to stabilize herself in her new life.

@Laura yes, observing the trolls and the cravenly cynical keeps my participation to a minimum, so they still win which is what they want, lol. But you're right. It's very premature to pass judgement at this point, so there must be personal reasons for it.

Even after the diplomat helped her get an internship in Argentina? No, this woman has serious psychological problems. And the only reason people are defending her is because of her skin colour.

ReplyDeleteI used to watch Suits and never realized she was half-black until this whole Prince Harry thing so that is still something of a surprise for me but it does not affect my opinion of her in any way.
IF it truly turns out she is a screeching banshee horror (as this blind and recent events and yes - the issues with the intended apartment) all turn out to be true, I will be astonished and I can't wait.
After all, who would have ever guessed Katherine Heigl would be SUCH a bitch as to firebomb her entire career?
The comment about her having one relative at her wedding is extremely offensive and off base. I had NO relatives at my wedding. And I'm not crazy, or a bitch. My mother is. She has a diagnosed personality disorder. She convinced my entire family that I hated them and that I was the problem. People like this, like Meghan's dad, are very very good at manipulation. so don't be so quick to blame Meghan when you obviously don't know the first thing about personality disorders and how they wreak havoc on a family. It hurts to have no family at your wedding. It's not always the bride or groom's choice nor can you always blame their personality.

ReplyDeleteKnew something was going on for the assistant to leave after a 6 months. The assistant has been working for the royals for years, they know her.
The question is are the royals gonna rein Meggy in before she embrasses them all.
I'm closet to my mom & sister, the rest of my family wasn't there very much. Which is common in divorce, and looks to be the case with Meg, so really can't judge by that. Her older half sibs weren't around when she was growing up, weren't at her first wedding.
Meg got her start in acting due to her daddy's connections & he did support her, then her first hubby supported her. She never struggled to pay her bills. She did struggle to get roles, because her first hubby wouldn't cast her in his movies which pissed her off.
Starting to believe that Nutty really is LiLo, since LiLo so screwed her career she's now a prostitute in Greece.
@Mischi,+1.Her Father paid for her schooling and helped get her acting jobs. She seems to thrive on making her Father's side look bad. She tries to make it seem like she struggled for her success, but her Father literally won the lottery and have her a head start. I understand she lied about some of these things during a speech she gave recently.

Racism and elitism can be a very painful sting to someone in her position...horrid family...systemic racism her entire life...I might go off on someone too. ReplyDeleteThe royals have been multi-cultural for years. Lady Davina Lewis , daughter of the Duke of Gloucester, has been married to a hot maori new zealander for years and their kids are in line (pretty far down ) for the crown. MM brings nothing new in that regard.

ReplyDeleteOh and she didn't have just one family member at her wedding; her mum, her uncle (mum's half-brother), her uncle's mother (mum's stepmother), and her paternal niece were all at the wedding along with some of her childhood/college friends. She's an only child (not counting the half-siblings she hasn't seen since childhood) and her grandparents are all dead so not sure what more you want? And obviously her dad was invited and prepared for but refused to attend.
