Blind Items Revealed #4

November 6, 2018

With the permanent A list mostly movie actor out of the franchise, this foreign born alliterate A- list mostly movie actress who doesn't have much going for her other than the franchise has been pulling the tail of her employer to try and get a raise under the impression they need her. They don't and she is close to being fired also.

Johnny Depp/Keira Knightley/Pirates Of The Caribbean

  1. Just hire JJ Abrams to do another sh!tty reboot, Disney owns him now anyway right?

  2. She just did 3 films and is about to start another one. Last film in Pirates seems more like a cameo role, shes so far down the list of credits.

  3. She's not someone who'd be missed very much upon retirement.

  4. Ugh I really used to enjoy watching movies until I started following CDAN. Lol

  5. The way Enty describes Kiera is very inaccurate .She made 54 movies outside Pirates movies and since thé lait Pirates movie, she made 7 movies

  6. That Nutcracker film seems to be getting a lot of money in and she was one of the main stars.

  7. Yeah his descriptions usually make no sense. How does she not have much else going on when she clearly is constantly getting roles?

  8. Also Kiera seems like one of the few celebrities that lives a relatively low key private life when they're not doing press for a film - doubt she's grabbing for money

  9. @Ophelia.

She was publically bragging about not letting her young daughter watch early Disney cartoons only a week ago.

  10. Yeah that's why I threw out the press part. She was on all those talk shows to gather publicity for Nutcracker and I viewed those statements as her trying to plant the idea that Nutcracker is a better movie for parents to show their children than Disney princess films.

  11. Nobody is going to see any "Pirates" movie for Keira Knightly. She's beautiful but boring.

Nobody went to see "Nutcracker" for her either. Yet another huge Disney flop, "Nutcracker" emphasized Disney's tough year -- "Nutcracker," "Solo" and "Wrinkle in Time" were all disastrous flops. "Christopher Robin" a b.o. disappointment. Let's see if the new "Mary Poppins" film is a hit or only does middling money.

Knightley has ruined everything she's ever been in. She needs to finish her flash in the pan, take her money and retire.

  13. I'm not a fan of hers but saying she has ruined everything she's been in is a bit silly. Nutcracker is up to $100 mil world wide. I wouldn't go see a movie she is in JUST because she is in (she is a very boring actress and a boring person) but she is making money still.

  14. I like Kiera Knightly and I'm anxiously waiting a Jack Ryan sequel. I haven't watched the last Pirates and won't be seeing a reboot and I can't picture anyone else playing Jack Sparrow.

  15. Kiera Knightly was horrible in Nutcracker. She played the Sugarplum Fairy like a drunken old prostitute, so bad it was offensively bad. I intend to avoid movies featuring her in the future because imho she ruined Nutcracker, still can't get over how bad she was.

  16. Also when I went to see Nutcracker there were only 3 people in the theater, including my SO and I. I'm having a hard time believing that Nutcracker is going to be a big hit.

  17. Keira works all the time. Nice red herring clue, there.

  18. Poor Keira! She's not getting any younger and it shows.

  19. Wow, lots of vitriol directed at KK. I like her, generally think she picks her projects well, and is a decent actress. Not falling out of clubs, not forcing her fame. Doubt she’s bothered about Pirates tbh - that lost its appeal after its second outing and is mediocre at best.

Look forward to seeing “he’s not getting any younger” comments being directed at men in their mid-thirties.

Men are in their prime in their mid-thirties, while women hit the wall at the same age. Who said life was fair?

  21. @Paul Saint John

any man who unironically uses the phrase "hitting the wall" on any woman above the age of 30 is bonifide guaranteed to be an ugly ass foreveralone man child. That's the tea.

Right, and any woman offended by the term "hitting the wall" ought to be a cat lady, right?
