She’s actually pretty well educated. She has a Bachelors from University of Maryland and a Masters from American University, and both are not easy to get into. She might come off a little flaky but I’m pretty sure she’s smarter than she lets on.
Kathy L Most college educated are actually very dumb.Degrees are very easy to get as long as you remember to kiss all your professors asses ,you will get a degree whether or not you deserve one.
Giuliana stuck with Ryan Seacrest from his beginnings with that show he had, and rose through the ranks. Kinda admire her for that - loyalty or foresight? My experience with uni degrees is persistence, attendance, attention to detail and some native intelligence.
Jennifer Aniston featured her home in AD right before both of her divorces - the theory is that it puts it out there to sell to the highest bidder when the announcements happen.
Boots: 100% on the $ with that statement. Just wish I could afford one. Gerard Butler's beautiful SoHo loft of a few years back was the most beautiful I've ever seen. He sold it right after it appeared in AD. He then bought his Malibu home that burned this week. You just never know.
