I totally forgot until recent articles about an engagement that this A+/A list country singer says she was a virgin until she got married. That might be what she told the press and her husband but isn't close to reality.

I don't see this as slut shaming - more like pointing out hypocrisy. Depending on Carrie's intent in sharing that info, though, what she did could be construed as slut shaming. "Look at meeeee. I'm much more virtuous than all you whores."
+1 Carrie, because she was/ is a “good girl” Miranda was/ is a “bad girl” and, at least in my radio experience, no questions about whether she was a virgin ever came up. Carrie on the other hand...
