She likes her hair short, but this former A/A- list mostly movie actress/protester from a franchise that kind of fizzled was told by her people that she wasn't getting hired any longer because of her short hair. So, she grew it out and now gets tons of offers. She still hates it though.

A few women can look great with short hair. But those same women will look fantastic with long hair.

ReplyDelete@Heather, with hair it just varies from person to person. It's no different for guys. Lots of guys can't do a buzzed or shaved head because their heads aren't the right shape or their ears are too big for that look.

ReplyDeleteSome women look really good with short hair. Julie Andrews, Annie Lennox, Glenn Close, that's their style and they rock it. Demi Moore looked amazing with short hair and Miley Cyrus looked pretty good with it. Shailene Woodley does not look good with short hair.

I love pixie cuts and short haircuts on women, but if it isn't working or they looked a lot better with longer hair, might be time to let it grow. I'm not a fan of too long hair styles though.

ReplyDeleteEverybody has a hair style that suits them better than others, but I think you should wear your hair the way YOU like it. I'm female and my head is shaved. Thankfully, I pull it off really well. I've gotten more compliments since shaving my head than I've ever gotten with any other hair style.
