Blind Items Revealed #1

February 19, 2019

As I told you before, this alliterate former actress turned A+ list celebrity was going to have a baby shower no matter what. She couldn't have one in the country where she lives no matter how much she fought for it because they are frowned upon for her status in life, so she traveled thousands of miles for one. I'm sure part of the gifts will be all kinds of drugs for when she can take them after the birth.

Meghan Markle

    1. Can’t believe how much it cost and how bad it looked. She spent over £100,000 on clothing for a 3-day trip, and she was wearing jeans part of the time.

    2. Thats what I dont get she doesn't even look good in the clothes and they do not look expensive. How is she helping these brands she looks terrible

    3. Perhaps it's hard to believe because it's not true? She SPENT 100k in 72 hours while breakfasting, lunching and dining and having a baby shower? Sorry, doesn't passed the smell test. That sort of money says couture which means multiple fittings. Around a pregnant belly? Nah!

      Delete
    4. That’s why the clothes don’t look good on her or don’t fit properly. Fittings with the ever fluctuating pillows.

  3. Why didn’t she invite her mother to the shower??

  4. Maybe her mother was invited and didn't go.

    1. Sounds about right. My mother wouldn't be caught dead at a baby shower. Not her thing. Not for daughter or granddaughters. I do not see Meghan's mother at a baby shower.

  5. If she's not actually carrying the baby, why would she wait 'til after the birth to do the drugs?

  6. Mom is no longer on brand. Meg is haute couture level now.

The blogs believe she was going to crash the Oscars, which is why she had so many expensive gowns for a low-key trip to Morocco.

  9. Her mother seems the only sensible one here

  10. Supposedly Serena Williams made a reference to Meg in her Oscars speech, when she talked about “the heartache of sacrificing a career for love.”

Not that Meg had much of a career to sacrifice, but Serena seems heavily invested in Meghan’s PR at the moment.

Serena seems to have directed some of her competitive spirit into fighting Meghan’s battles for her.

  11. That blue dress made her look like a giant piece of delftware. The red one made her look like a tomato. The beige one would’ve been prettier in another color, it made her look like a sand dune. I still fail to see how any of those clothes are worth their price tag. It really seems like a racket to con stupid and status seeking people out of their money.

    1. Did you notice the weird bumps under her ivory Dior?

      Delete
    2. Yes Dot, she is full of strange lumps and bumps. All the time. Her belly strangely gets larger and smaller too, which anyone that has ever seen or been pregnant, knows that it’s impossible to get smaller (until the baby is born). Very strange stuff going on. Oh and how her belly also goes down, then back up. If your baby drops, it doesn’t come back up, that’s just not how pregnancy works. She also looked almost postpartum at one point, with the deflated belly and kind of poochy stomach area.

I don’t know why most people don’t see it or why anyone in the media won’t say anything.

  12. Watch it zero, we'll still in KFF for a few more days, let us not disrespect this holy month.

  13. LOL Astra re: “a giant piece of Delftware.”

The 60s style red dress was one of her better ones, I thought, although she spoiled her arrival in Morocco by pushing away the milk and dates offered by the greeter in national costume. Doesn’t the British Foreign Office teach basic diplomacy classes any more?

    1. Milk in Morocco is served raw. Drinking raw milk is dodgy. Drinking raw milk while pregnant is idiocy. If Mom ingests any one of the many bacteria contained within, her baby could be easily infected and placed in a life or death situation. Besides, being black most likely means she is lactose intolerant. Drinking milk is like eating 30 prunes. Only painful. Not suggested.

That cream thing from Dior= ghastly.
The red/orange one... I can't even process why she put that color on her body.
It looks like Charles has spent well over 1 million, on Markle's little frocks, jewels and heels ...in less than a year's time.
    Makes you wonder why.

  15. Omg she turned down their food? Holy shit how unbelievably rude! I bet those would’ve been the best dates ever, too. For someone that likes to put on airs about how cultured and worldly they are, that’s a pretty big faux pas.

  19. You lot are delusional if you think she's paying for any of these clothes. Anything her or Kate wear sells out in minutes. Designers would kill to have her wear their clothes. Definitely loaned to her seeing as she never wears anything twice.

    ReplyDelete
  20. It’s difficult to look great in clothes when you’re seven months pregnant.

  21. Such a self-absorbed airhead. Diana would have loved her.

  22. I love it .. the royal family created a fucking monster lol couldnt happen to a better crew... Diana this girl is not!

  23. Looks like Serena’s PR team is hard at work.

Royals aren’t allowed to accept loaners. Otherwise Kate, Sophie and the Yorks would be much better dressed.

The only loaning that takes place in the RF is the Queen loaning her jewelry to relatives, and interestingly, she never loans it to Meghan, with the possible exception of Meg’s wedding tiara.

    ReplyDelete
  24. @MrT, I thought it had been discussed before about her and her stylist or whoever selling on the clothes and she gets a cut, to be reused for cutting other things in straight lines!!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Funny, Nutty. I saw Torontopaper out right say that the tiara she wore for the wedding was a replica! And according to our friend Himmmm on twitter, Gaga's large yellow diamond was also a replica.

I believe the story about her merching for a cut of the profits. No one wears that many ill fitting clothes on purpose. Most are also out of season. Charles may be dense but even he will eventually figure it out and her purse strings are likely to be scaled back when he realizes she's made a joke out of him and the royal family.

    1. Ha! He should have figured that out by now.

  28. I think Charles knows what people are saying. They get media summaries including social media summaries and reportedly finance private polls as well.

Perhaps they don’t feel they can act until Meg’s pregnancy (or “pregnancy”) comes to an end.

But they’ll have to do something. When Daily Mail comments like “1789” or even worse “1789. 1917. 2019?” get dozens of upvotes, there is a problem to be solved.

  32. wow, and her is "Nutty" again with half the comments right on schedule. Wow to give some much thought to someone who doesn't even know you exist has got to be exhausting.

Serena & Meg are besties, get over it.

Meg was a supporting actress on a cable show that no one watched. Which is part of why she agreed to marry Harry & his exes who were starting out in their careers didn't want to.

Mom is flying to London after shortly before her due date. the shower was for the girl friends. Get over it.

Meg needs to get over her friendship with Jessica, and get a stylist who know WTF her job it. Jess doesn't know what fabrics to take for travel, what won't get wrinkled, or what patterns will photograph well.

Meg is obessive about her looks & weight. she only has fries on her birthday. She also wants to keep her energy up after baby & not look haggard like Kate, so she'll use coke. Notice how closely she is still watching her weight. If she could get Harry to agree she would've scheduled a c section at 7 months like Coco did when she had Chanel.

    ReplyDelete
  35. @Aquagirl, I don’t know who else might be paying. Plenty of interest groups would have a plausible motive for trying to mess with the BRF.

That said, I can also think of one very good reason for Charles to let Meg run a bit wild: she makes Camilla look good by comparison. Charles is supposedly obsessed with Camilla becoming Queen Consort if he becomes King.

Camilla has been getting a lot better press since the Meghan circus came to town.

  36. @DotDot

I agree that Harry looks servile, letting his wife charge ahead of him and carrying her purse and flower bouquets. Those silly suede Oxfords he wears everywhere do him no favors, either. The 15-year-old Moroccan crown prince looked so much more chic in his perfectly-tailored suit and shined shoes.

Harry’s longtime private secretary, Ed Fox, was one of the first to quit after the wedding. Maybe Ed was the one holding Harry together.

  40. When a wider acceptance of the fake pregnancy theme emerged is when Serena's PR team started hitting out at people. I really was on the fence because I always assumed they used IVF. When they started doxxing detractors I decided maybe the royal pillow was real and bloggers were getting too close to the truth. As for betters the British royal family is fit for great entertainment but because of poor leadership won't survive Charles. England can't afford the royal family and needs to be trimmed back into a very small bush.

  44. If Meghan has a home birth, then I will believe she used a surrogate. If she goes to a hospital, then I will believe she was really pregnant.

If she is using a surrogate, then I am curious as to who knows it besides obviously herself and Harry and the surrogate.

And how does she explain no doctor visits?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Brayson, you are missing a shitshow of epic proportions. Grab some popcorn and pull up a chair. In Morocco yesterday, Markle insisted on walking to the camera side of the car, because she thinks she is the star of the show. Poor Harry is shunted off to the background at every turn. The minders did not look pleased. Her Royal Highness literally ran, 7 months pregnant, jelly belly flopping, over to see some girls! The laughs are endless.

    ReplyDelete
  46. It sounds like confirmation bias, people don't like her so every little thing she does is interpreted as more evidence that they were right. Harry and her are not in the line of succession unless some King Ralph catastrophe happens, so who cares?

  49. Yes, Brayson, there is some of that going on. But there is also tons of confirmation. Also, there is this modern narrative of social media influencer who turns out to be a complete sham. Shocking, I know, but in this case, she is representing the UK on the world stage. And sadly, many of us are fond of Prince Harry since his mother died when he was so young. 57. Morocco serves raw milk. My Uncle was a diplomat in Morocco and he was told to boil all milk. To this day, my cousin still boils her milk. She likes the taste as that is what she grew up on in the many countries her father was assigned.

Any trip abroad while pregnant must be taken with caution. My aunt became pregnant while in Morocco and even with every precaution, she contracted Listeria in the month before birth. The baby died in utero. Listeria bacteria passed the placental barrier much like any other disease or infection.

According to the cultural standard, the milk and dates must be offered. The guest can thank there host and say no thank you. Moroccans realize that a pregnant or ill person will not or cannot drink the milk. They are hardly primitive and are well aware of the reasons the offering might be refused. You and I have systems accustomed to our bacterias. We are NOT accustomed or immune to bacteria in other locales especially in third world countries.

Moroccans are hardly so sensitive as to be offended or feel slighted. Their royal family does live in the modern world as do many Moroccans. They are lovely, friendly and hospitable people.

Give it a rest. Interpreting every act of the royals does not require reading tea leaves or hiring a body language interpreter. Y'all are working too hard at hate. Way too hard.

    ReplyDelete
  58. In Morocco with the striped top and jeans, the "baby bump" was at about the three-month level of pregnancy, not six or seven months.
Whoever said it, Good Sleuthing with the home birth! No hospital people to ditch a pillow, and haul out a baby born to an unknown person.

Serena Williams' remarks put her at the level of co-dependent friend, or, a better phrase, Meghan Markle's sidekick.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I was in Morocco last year. I was never served raw milk. Perhaps your uncle was a diplomat years ago, but I can assure you, Morocco has moved into the 21st century and would not think to potentially serve a "pregnant" woman, particularly a "royal" one, raw milk. Give them some credit as they do their research. Morocco isn't in the stone age. I will say that food and hospitality go hand in hand in that country. She made a major faux pa in rejecting the food. Even if she didn't take the milk, she sure as hell should have eaten a date. It was literally a slap in the face to the host. Moroccans are very proud of their food, and feeding guests and hospitality are extremely important in that part of the world.

  60. The Moroccan ROYAL fucking family is not going to give a pregnant woman raw milk, you small town idiots.
Women in Morocco get pregnant and have babies alt eh time, and it's 2019, not the dark ages.
They have normal bloody milk, in every supermarket there. Besides, she can just drink tea.

As for Serena Williams: she's quite the simpleton isn't she? Not a good look being so far up Sparkles' backside. Notice how different the baby shower guest list was to the wedding guest list. Her shower had a handful of attendees. I think many celebrities sense that her unpopularity is infectious. Serena should be above this charade, but she's isn't, which makes her look stupid, easily manipulated and a try hard.

Now, I totally believe that the palace is trolling Sparkles. They are giving her enough rope to hang herself, without intervening. At a certain point even dim Harry will have to admit how unsuitable and pathetic she is, and this is their way to show him: let her do whatever she wants, because she isn't smart enough to contain herself or give herself respectful boundaries. She's the type who'll take both arms, if you offer her a finger. So it's just a matter of time.

  61. Brayson87... so chivalrous! (Except when it's about Lady Gaga or someone else he doesn't like...)

  62. Royals are generally experts in pretending to eat and enjoy local food while not actually eating or enjoying anything at all.

Queen Elizabeth II has been pushing local delicacies around her plate for decades while making polite conversation with her hosts. All a part of diplomacy.

Meg could have easily taken a date for the cameras, raised it to her mouth and then slipped it off to a bodyguard. It's also not difficult to mime drinking milk without actually drinking any. She is a trained actress, after all.

I do enjoy the immense stretches Meg's defenders will make for her.

To quote Groucho Marx (as Rufus T. Firefly) in the movie Duck Soup: "Remember, you're fighting for this woman's honor, which is probably more than she ever did."

    ReplyDelete
  63. @RobertaJoan: The £100,000 wardrobe was for the Moroccan trip, not the baby shower and did include couture. If you’re going to be so nasty, keep up with the subject matter.

  64. Why is Serena Williams invested in promoting MM, I've never heard Serena talk about mm before she married Harry.
The Morocco trip was odd, another excuse for mm to wear expensive clothes and also break royal protocol. Did anyone hear Harry's joke "is the baby mine" tacky.

    ReplyDelete
  65. when harry made that joke, I immediately thought of Chandler Bing, and his inappropriate joking masking deep discomfort

    ReplyDelete
  66. yep, that joke was so bad. The poor lady was purely congratulating them on the pregnancy.
I hope we don't have to see MM and PH on any public events for awhile.

    ReplyDelete
  67. @Jeshor7

I also think Serena's involvement in MM's publicity is strange, particularly since Serena is also trying to come back from a major PR fail after her bad behavior when losing to Naomi Osaka.

What in the world is in it for Serena? Maybe they are genuine friends, but giving a friend emotional support in private and (repeatedly) putting your public reputation on the line for that friend are two very different things.

With her tennis career ending, Serena seems to be trying to redefine herself - ie her Oscar presenter role, and I see she's also taking on a board position with Poshmark.

But Meg seems like a bad bet, based on past results.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Her moonbump seems to have lost some of its stuffing. There was a huge ridge across her middle in the beige £90,000 kaftan and two lumps either side of a plasticky "navel". She is not pregnant. It's so obvious.
