Blind Item #5

The Groupons are out in force now for this A list everything in her mind concerts. People told her in advance it would be a tough sell, but she thought she could sell shows out. No one is all that excited to see her. Even at 75% off, tickets are a tough sell.

  1. Definitely JLO...I am sorry but it is the same with the Spice Girls, Madonna even though I use to like them...there comes a certain point where lypsyncing on stage and dancing around is just plain embarrassing.

  3. SMH let go of the ego girls esp JLo, she has enough money to do nothing but look good for the rest of her smoking hot days

  5. Jlo vs Netflix, kind of a tough sell for her.

  6. Jlo, time for a Vegas residency.

  7. Neither JLo or Madonna are selling tickets.

  8. I'm shocked madonna is not selling as much records or tickets as she used too, I thought her fanbase was golden. Surely elder mums and Queens will always give her a pass?

  9. Madonna is selling in Chicago. She added multiple dates in chicago. She chose a small venue so that is probably why some of those dates are selling out but she has demand in cities like NY and chicago. But I do believe this blind is about Jlo.

  10. Maodonna is trying this weird lottery thin for fans to get her tickets first. You must be a member of her fan club to access tickets. Its not a money grab -the fan club is free. It is just an attempt to get tickets in ACTUAL fans hands first and beat the re-sale game. Unfortunately it does not translate well on paper. Tickets just went on sale to the general public -it is a mess. Pearl Jam tried a simila route and it was the same for them.

  11. Short Vegas residencies are perfect for her and her ego

  12. She can't sing, she can't act. What king of which cabal keeps casting her in movies?

I agree Madonna will always be in demand for concert performances. She's got that part of her career secured forever.
    This is probably J-Lo.
Agree she needs a Las Vegas residency. That would be a hit for her and she would have basically one show to do every night to get all the bells and whistles she needs to have perfect.

  14. Madonna is apparently doing mini residencies at some of these places, there are like 12 or more dates at some venues. Quite a few of those tickets are marked as resale tickets on ticketmaster and quite a lot are marked as very, very overpriced VIP package seats. So it remains to be seen how her sales go, although resale tickets are already sold tickets.

  15. @Dontquit is right, she did a lottery thing to test the demand and drive up value. Quite a genius marketing trick. I didn't get in the lottery and now I am glad I didn't since she added more dates anyway and I will probably buy a ticket for cheap closer to the concert date knowing some people probably bought tickets thinking they can resell them for profit.

  16. Massive concerts are soooooo 90's.

  17. Madonna got in a lot of heat a couple years back when she used her concerts to go on political rants when she was touring in the South. She got booed, hard. She basically isolated half her audience. Makes sense why she can sell out in Chicago and NY and probably LA, but, not in other arenas in the flyover states.

  18. What is Madonna's act like these days? I assume she's not trying to GILF up in fishnets. She's sixty fucking one years old. Does she get wheeled out in a hospital smock and an IV drip? Mamie van Doren was dropping trow into her 80's. Is this what the dowager queens have to look forward to? Ever see an 80 year old drag queen? If you aren't blind, you haven't.

  19. @cc, Yeah those were more an excuse to do illicit drugs, drink, and meet loose women while whatever band played. Not including the women turning tricks in the public restrooms, you just knew that had to be unsanitary.

  20. IS this JLo? Because I just checked Groupon and there is nothing on there for her except her 1.7 million different perfumes, soooo....

  21. @Carrie, Yes it's JLo. Enty only uses "A list everything in her mind" for JLo.

  23. Yeah this is JLo... but you are also right about Madonna... I have loved her since the 1980s... but when she said she "wanted to blow up" Trump, Melania and Barron I was DONE with her. Who wants to hurt a child? That woman is WACKED. NEVER will listen to her again.

  24. JLo needs a little humbling. Maybe some radio stations can give away the THOUSANDS of unsold tickets; anything to avoid empty seats. Bonus: When she’s on tour, ARod will be free to bring home strippers in NYC.
