This permanent A list mostly movie actor sent out a cease and desist to the foreign born former A+ list tweener to stop using the actor's name in the singer's PR stunt. Since then, the whole thing has gone away.

Tom Cruise has absolutely NO sense of humor or irony. He must spend half his day speaking with lawyers and half the day hoping that Scientology doesn't make him appear to be an utter fool. He has GOT to be the loneliest guy in Hollywood.

ReplyDelete@Samantha: none. The rating is skewed, too, he's perm A+ from MI alone, not to mention high profile movies like Top Gun, Risky Business, Rain Man, etc.
DeleteHe's not a bad actor but he is not a good person. They took out his brain and replaced with a $cio chip: you can do your job well but as a functioning human being with feelings, the chip takes over and sends theta waves that channels the acting skills into pretending to be real.
Dana White also needs a cease and desist order about this since he's still trying to get it done.

I admit I secretly love TC. I think I have seen all of his movies. My favorite was Magnolia, actually, relative to his performance. He was absolutely hilarious in that and I think that character was closest to his real persona, if he even has one? I hope I live to see the day he breaks free from the CoS. I think he knows it's all shit but what can he do? So much invested, half his life, etc.

ReplyDeleteYah. Beibs challenged Tom to that bottle cap challenge. However, if I was Tom, I would not get caught up in it. Seems like Beibs is using him for publicity or wants to meet him. Scooter Braun was supposedly hanging out with Justin, Hailey, Mila and Ashton this past weekend and we all know which fellow Scientologist they are friends with.
