@Count -- A macho issue, I think. In Dallas, TX there is a 99% black nightclub which, in the wee hours, becomes a place for downlow hookups. There is a prominent politician who lives in Dallas who frequents the place although publicly he supposedly has a girlfriend. He is powerful so no one dares challenge him on it.
