ReplyDeleteThe new book on the back story behind Weinstein article in the NYT that ignited #metoo, titled "SHE SAID" (written by the two Pulitzer prize winning journalists that wrote the initial story), shows Lisa Bloom's laywer to Weinstein, saying she would use the credibility she had as a victim's right advocate to go after the victims accusing Weinstein. The book is excellent.

ReplyDelete@astra I have experienced some amazing women standing up for me, building me up, and having my back when no one else would. It is a rarity, but it does happen. I don’t care for generalizations. I don’t believe all women are bitches, all men are cheaters and all pit bulls are dangerous. For me, it’s a much healthier mindset and helps one not become a salty curmudgeon. ☺️
ReplyDeleteI am still interested to know wtf the deal with Allred and one of Roy Moore's accusers is. I suspected from the beginning Allred was gaslighting on Moore's behalf with a less-than-kosher plaintiff. Corfman is legit in my view, but Nelson (Allred's client) - there's something off.
