This foreign born B+ list mostly movie actress has been a kindness in the past. Once upon a time she did some very nice things for children at her offspring's school. Apparently at around that same time, she decided to establish an endowment for children who went to the high school of her offspring. She donated $1M and got a couple of her exes and a person who she yachted for back in the day to chip in another $4M for a total of $5M. It is enough to make sure that about 100 students a year can go to college and not have to worry about any loans.

ReplyDeleteThere are some “disadvantaged” kids that are smart enough (and some would say lucky enough) to get a scholarship to private schools. Hopefully the money goes to these kids and not the Olivia Jade types

ReplyDeleteMy kids went to a private school. Catholic schools are considered private schools. Many many kids would need assistance. Not all are well to do.

Also, it's not just rich kids that deserve a top notch education. Good for her for helping out.
