Blind Item #1

While it is improbable that the A- list mostly movie actress will go to jail for her actions because of the time passed and the nature of the crime, and whether the elements can be proved, it doesn't keep people from speculating. It also is clear that if she does go down, that the disgraced A- list actor was a co-conspirator to her actions and would go down with her.

  3. People that make false abuse allegations really need to be punished so fewer are made. It's part of the reason that real abused victims aren't believed and don't get justice

Hope Heard gets something, although she seems a Jodie Arias type who would thrive in prison

Agreed on the Heard/FRanco guess. I’m wondering if anyone is even considering charges though? I wish the studio would confirm she’s been axed from any further projects after all this drama.

  6. @Dark I really hope WB is going to replace her in Aquaman next movie. I am rooting to see Jason Momoa and Emilia Clarke finally reunited after GOT!

Gauloise-- great point about her thriving in prison! She's predatory and savvy enough that she'd be running her cell block within the first week!

@ilaria I think Momoa/Clarke would be a great pairing as well. Hopefully when isolation is over someone will start a petition for it.

  10. The Federal statute of limitations for perjury is 5 years. The case in VA is ongoing so she's not off the hook. The statute in California is 3 years. Her perjury to obtain a TRO was in 2016, however...she has a case in California that is related to the VA Federal case which. It's a case against Depp's former Management TMG. She is suing them to compel testimony and evidence from his former case with them. She is trying to get a judge to order them to respond to her subpoenas. In this case, of course, she has perjured herself (because lying is like breathing to her). This means she is NOT out of danger of being prosecuted. It depends on the pressure put on the DA as to whether or not they would file against her. Perjury charges are rarely prosecuted

  11. yeah perjury is called the forgotten offence and she's a kinda wealthy white lady, so it'll be more professional consequences she faces imo. anyway, she didn't have much going for her career that wasn't off the back of marrying a famous and well-liked guy plus a bit of human-rights limelight off the back of selling him down the river, and nobody seems to like her except a few psycho girls and horndog dudes who can't see past the make-up. hell, just casting agents seeing her deposition performance would be damaging enough to her career.

I'm surprised Enty thinks Amber Heard is A+ List because I always felt She was more B+ List.

    Even after She got Aquaman.

And while I don't think She will go to jail.

When it comes to Her Career I definitely do think it's over.

But then again I suppose one could argue that Her never really took off to begin with.

I mean yeah She got Aquaman but it's not like that role brought Her Big Projects and from what I heard apparently that role wasn't much big to begin with.

So to Me She was always a B Lister trying to make Herself A List.

Just like another Warner Brothers player Ezra Miller
