BuzzFoto Blind Item

This very wealthy diva has let her music career go to her head and her behind! One of her staff member claims that our star has two types of luxury toilet paper put into her bathroom each day. The paper is not on rolls and is not to be touched by human hands. The staff must first wear gloves when handling it. The diva then has each kind broken into squares and stacked into two separate containers. That way, depending on the day and the situation, the diva can chose which types fits her needs. Both brands are imported and very expensive.

Not Rihanna.

  3. Def sounds like Mariah, but could be Babs Streisand, or Celine Dion. Cher seems too normal for this.

  4. Geez...what does she make poor Nick wear to bed???

  5. Celebrities have too much time and money on their hands. For real.

  6. Mariah was my first thought. Poor Nick must just have to use a standard brand.

  7. This is Mariah. An old Mariah blind was that she only uses a towel once then has it thrown out and has new ones delivered by gloved staff.

  8. Oy vey! Way too much time on their hands (or butts). What does she do when she's not at home?

  9. OT, you know there's smoke in THIS fire when Glamour magazine says on Facebook that GOOP is taking a breather from her career to save her marriage!

  10. I bet whoever it is, their shit smells just as bad as everyone else's. Stupid.

  11. After reading recently that Jay-Z and B will only eat from fine china, my thoughts went to Beyonce.

OMG these people are ridiculous, just too funny. What a waste of time and money.

  13. This screams Beyonce to me. Celebrities nauseate me. And yet, I visit Dlisted and CDAN multiple times a day. LOL.

  14. I was going to say Whitney, but the "very wealthy" part kinda nixed her.

    I'm on the Bey train!

  15. Dunno about the others, altho I'm liking Mariah a lot for this, but no way is it Babs.

She's a sensible Brooklyn girl and has always been prudent with money. She's an artist and good businesswoman; her strong self-image come from quality work, not virgin pulp paper that literally goes down the toilet. I can guarantee you her TP comes from Costco.

  16. I just read an article a few days ago about tp made from cashmere. Bet that's one of the two kinds.

  17. How crazy do you have to be to not let anyone touch your towels. Talk about OCD. I like Mimi for this one.

  18. Yep, Beyonce was my first thought.. remember when she got an entourage of Escalades's to drive her to the other side of the street in London?

She is pregnant btw. They will announce soon.

  19. That is interesting about the goopster...wonder what Lainey will say about that.

  21. I think it probably is Mariah, and if it wasn't I wouldn't be a critic. Except the thing that gets me is the gloved staff, I'd put it out myself. Mind you, the people I know who could afford staff do things on their own anyway and don't want some person not friend or family in their loos! I am gonna give the product need the benefit of the doubt though. All TP is not the same, hell I could save money however in my family the brand we used was changed and it took three tries to get one we could use, so I can't fault that. If I had the money, I would try better kinds too. :)

    Holy shit.

  23. I think this is B, because the whole Rhianna-Jay-Z connection.

That said, I really think this kind of waste is ridiculous. When I went down to TN, my mom showed me these big huge houses that were built for these rich fuckers from NY, Boston, etc to have a "country home" where they go fox hunting. I am all for capitalism, and I don't think "spreading the wealth" is a good idea (not trying to get political AT.ALL! because that is not even the point of this here rant), but when I saw these big houses that the people come and use for a week or two a year, and pay to have someone keep up the house and the land and the animals, etc all year, I couldn't help think "man! What a waste of money!" I mean it would be awesome to be filthy rich for about a minute, then at some point I think I would feel bad about paying that much for TP and TP handlers and start trying to DO something with my money rather than think of creative ways to spend it.

  24. John, I remember that story, and I think that was Mariah.

  25. Judging by the size of Mariah, she must take some whopper shits, too.

(sorry, I couldn't resist; no harm meant to larger-sized peeps).

  26. As much as I want to say Mariah... the comment about her "behind" makes me lean toward J.Lo. She's famous for that butt.

  27. tp made from cashmere?? How tragic for an animal to have to give its life for someone's ass to be wiped. This makes me stabby.

    ReplyDelete
  28. It's frivolous if they don't spend much time in that home. If this is someone who travels quite frequently then I wonder if the staff have to carry this TP on the plane and into the hotel rooms all over the world?

    ReplyDelete
  29. I think this is Mariah...and if I was as rich as she is, I would do the same thing. I have a sensitive and needy bum! *L*

I wouldn't use cashmere paper though. Seems like a waste.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I THOUGHT BEYONCE ALSO...SHE IS INDEED A DIVA...MARIAH IS A CARTOON CHARACTER AT THIS POINT....

    ReplyDelete
  31. @RocketQueen Gave its life? I think maybe you should look up cashmere on the wikipedia or someplace because I don't think that word means what you think it means.

    ReplyDelete
  32. @Laurije Bee

    "INCONCEIVABLE!"

    {sorry...couldn't resist} :-D

  33. I've always lurked but here's my first post and a suggestion I'm throwing out there for consideration:

What about Sheryl Crow? I don't know if she is filthy rich or how many members of staff she has, but didn't she talk about only using a square or two of toilet paper for ecological reasons?

Nah, can't see it. Fail for my first comment. :-p

    ReplyDelete
  34. @Laurije Bee - I'm very well aware of what cashmere is - but thanks for the dictionary.com shoutout, yo. I personally don't approve of any animal - including a goat - being kept in captivity to be bred and shorn for its wool, milk or meat, but thanks for your concern about my vocab.

    ReplyDelete
  35. @RocketQueen

Cashmere comes from goats. Traditionally the wool they shed is collected and used. But we used to shear our goats for it.

Still a big waste to make toilet paper out of it.

But then I can't see all the fuss about the softness of toilet paper.

    ReplyDelete
  36. @wwax - I believe I mentioned the goats, did I not?
    It's an utter, selfish waste.

    ReplyDelete
  37. 1) Be-yawn-ce = So full of shit
    2) Mariah = Diva of cartoon world
    3) J-ho = shit from the block

    ReplyDelete
  38. whoever it is, i'm very surprised there isn't a person on staff who's the designated ass wiper.

i mean you go to all this trouble and then you wipe YOURSELF??????

    ReplyDelete
  39. rocketqueen, they have to be sheared. it doesn't hurt them. goats are domesticated animals and are usually treated like pets.they LIKE people. cashmere is just a happy by-product of that particular breed of goat.
toilet paper is ridiculous, though, i'm sure with ya on that! :)

    ReplyDelete
  40. Sorry bb - I must disagree vociferously. Animals that are sheared must be sheared on a regular basis. Animals that have never been sheared do NOT require human intervention. Please refer to the literature on Australian sheep-shearing for more. There is more info available, but most plentiful in relation to the Australian sheep industry.

    ReplyDelete
  41. @RocketQueen Then you should have said that no animal should be kept in captivity to be bred or shorn, not that it shouldn't "give its life." Killing goats to produce cashmere wouldn't make a whole lot of sense, sorry. Try again.

  43. Try what again, exactly? Perhaps you don't think that being kept captive your entire life to be used for your body parts or emissions is "giving your life", but I do. An animal bred and raised for its fur or hair for life is literally at the hands of the people that exploit it...for life.

I used to work at a place where the MEN used to complain to me about the TP I would buy for the office...I thought they were divas. Sheesh.

  45. This is so Mariah....
Dear lord, what is this world turning into...

    ReplyDelete
  46. rocket queen. how do you feel about the single-industry cities in china where people sit in a factory for 8-12 hours a day making the same movements assembling products - many of which come to the us?

i'm not for animal cruelty AT ALL, but we're all guilty of living off of someone (or some animal's) captivity or lower standard of life.

perhaps you are entirely guilt-free - i'm sure you never drink milk (unless you get it from a cow that you know and is treated humanely - but then again, is it ok to take that cow's milk?), never eat honey, never eat meat, never wear animal products (though in wearing human made products you are exploiting other less fortunate people in less fortunate places), and you're above all of the guilt that us cashmere wearing barbarians have to endure.

we're all guilty and we're all living off of someone or some animal's toil. and yes, i do wish the world wasn't this way.

oh, and i totally forgot about the blind! haha! doesn't this star feel badly when she soils the beautiful paper? it's shit paper! paper for shit! why ruin pretty paper with shit? guess it is better than the montgomery ward catalogue....
