This A-/B+ list mostly movie actor with some sobriety issues was eating dinner at a hotel and also got a room where he escape to several times during the meal. Strange.

Maybe he likes to take a private smoke break on the terrace of the room? I love going out to a good dinner and stretching it out with cocktails, intermezzo cigarettes, and even a bump or three to commence digestion the same way others have coffee.
Maybe the stress of having a pretend girlfriend is getting to him and he's medicating himself for the PDA's. I'm sure once the photo session is over he goes and cuddles with his sugar daddy.
