Maybe he likes to take a private smoke break on the terrace of the room? I love going out to a good dinner and stretching it out with cocktails, intermezzo cigarettes, and even a bump or three to commence digestion the same way others have coffee.
If the bill is 300$ or more a head, than I am going to settle in and make an evening of it.
Maybe there were some lines and an attractive bellman in the hotel room.
