It has been a long time since I devoted this much space to this former almost A- list mostly movie actress. In fact, I’m not sure she has ever garnered the big blind spot of the day. Sure, she has been in countless others, but this is big, even for her. A crossroads in her life. The acting went out the window a long time ago. Sure, there is the occasional effort and she will not throw away a part, but no one is in a rush to hire her. No one knows what they will get and she is not willing to lower her quote to show people she can act. To show people she can show up on time and deliver a performance. She is the one hit wonder who keeps getting second chances because she combined the publicity of a famous for being famous person with an acting resume.

For the past couple of years she thought she was moving towards marriage. She was supported for several years with a monthly allowance. The big problem in all of that was despite the fact her boyfriend was married, he is very conservative. Our actress? Not so much. She loves her booze and loves her drugs. He was ok with the booze, but the drugs had to go. What to do? A bunch of minor ailments she would think of to get herself prescription pills. She could live with that. Combined with some booze and she was loving the highs. It took awhile to find the perfect balance but when she did, she was in a groove. This went on for awhile. Everything was moving forward. Then, he found someone else and she tried to win him back and did some things to embarrass him and his family. She started sleeping with his friends. He has to move her aside.

So, fast forward. She was running out of money and one of his friends stepped up and took his place. The thing is, this guy, is a little more aggressive. One of his kinks is rough sex. Rough as in our actress was often left black and blue and unable to go out for several days. Not that he allows her to go out much. He prefers to keep her confined. Very nice confinement, but wants her where he can watch her.

Fast forward a little bit more and our actress meets a young guy. A trust fund baby but from a foreign country. He has seen her on the big screen and can’t believe she is interested in him. Of course she is. He has a ton of money and doesn’t care what she does as long as she is faithful to him. She isn’t of course. She still has the rough sex guy to keep on the string in case the trust fund baby doesn’t work out.

The trust fund baby decides our actress should meet the dad. The man with the wallet. One thing leads to another and our actress ends up sleeping with the father whenever he comes to town while at the same time sleeping with the son and the rough sex guy. Well, not all at once. Not saying she wouldn’t if the price was right, but she hasn’t. Apparently the dad of the trust fund baby is going through some financial issues. Pressured by the government of his country he might lose all of his fortune unless he starts spreading out his fortune to those with hands out. He also might end up dead. Our actress heard about that and went back full-time to the rough sex guy. The thing is, he was a little upset about her unfaithfulness and beat her to an inch of her life.

So, now she is wavering. She wants the younger guy, but then he could lose his fortune and she would be without anyone. The rough sex guy would not take her back and none of his money friends would either. She would be starting from scratch. A long way from when she first came to our attention.

San Francisco Woman Posts $35M Bail

A Chinese real estate scion charged with orchestrating the murder of her children’s father was released from a San Francisco Bay Area jail Thursday after posting $35 million bail, a highly unusual financial transaction that startled and angered the victim’s family and friends.

Tiffany Li will remain out of custody after family, friends and her mother’s business associates raised $4 million cash and pledged Bay Area properties worth a combined $62 million to post her bail. Courts require double the bail amount when property is pledged instead of cash.

Li, 31, is charged with directing her boyfriend and another man to kill Keith Green, 27, and dispose of his body, which was found in May with a bullet wound to the neck 80 miles north of the suburban San Francisco mansion he and Li once shared with their two young daughters.

Court records show 15 properties being pledged. Li’s attorney Carr said the properties are owned by family and business associates of Li’s mother, who spends most of her time in China where she profited from real estate investments.

Prosecutors say Li feared she would lose custody of her daughters. Li and the two men were arrested shortly after Green’s body was found and the trio is scheduled to stand trial in September. Li has pleaded not guilty.

A bodyguard ushered Li out of jail and into a waiting Cadillac Escalade Thursday afternoon, three hours after a judge ordered her released. The two men charged in the case remain in jail and haven’t asked for bail to be set because they don’t have the financial backing Li has, Li’s attorney Geoff Carr said.

After three years of calling each other boyfriend and girlfriend, Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers have called it quits. Yes, although we rarely saw them together except when there was an event, apparently even that little time together was too much for the couple to stay together. Over the past few weeks, as noted in a blind or two, Olivia had been making it clear to friends and potential suitors that the couple had split.

I think this is why they are focused on the C and D listers. So, when you see an actress posing with a certain beverage brand in photos that make no sense for the product they are selling and they are a C lister, then you will know. So far, I have heard of three that you would know who are involved.

It might have been another legendary party at the Playboy Mansion, except Hugh Hefner didn't make an appearance.

The Playboy founder was a no-show Tuesday night at a celebration of the new Amazon series about his life, "American Playboy: The Hugh Hefner Story." His youngest son, 25-year-old Cooper Hefner, who became Playboy's chief creative officer last year, hosted the mansion party to screen an episode from the 10-part series, premiering Friday.

"He will kill me if I print or if you say anything about him retiring," the younger Hefner said of his father. "But I think he is really enjoying his life as a 90-year-old at the mansion."

"Hef" turns 91 on Sunday, and he'll celebrate as he has for decades, his son said: with a screening of "Casablanca" in his home theater with his guests dressed in 1940s attire.

Cooper Hefner said his father is doing "great" ("His back is bad — that comes along with aging") and remains editor in chief of Playboy magazine. The magazine, though, isn't the future of Playboy. The younger Hefner is "not a part of the publishing generation."

"I see the magazine's role as shifting as really we've already done, which is positioning it as being the flagship of the brand, the brand bible," he said. "Understanding it's responsible for the reason this all exists, but recognizing we're going to be able to reach a whole lot more people with our 44 million social media audience or the monthly uniques we get on dot-com. So it's just a shift in strategy."

The magazine is no longer printed monthly.

"American Playboy" aims to reach a younger audience with its retro appeal. Combining archival footage with re-enacted segments, the series tracks Playboy magazine's origins in the 1950s and the changing socio-political climate that fueled its growth through the '60s and '70s.

"If you think about millennials in general, which is the generation I belong to, there is an absolute fascination with yesteryear," Hefner said.

Producer Says Alec Baldwin Knew Nikki Reed Was Underage

Producer Dana Brunetti is speaking out against Alec Baldwin’s claim printed in his new memoir, titled “Nevertheless.”

According to the 59-year-old actor, he didn’t know actress Nikki Reed was underage when they filmed a movie together in 2006, titled “Mini’s First Time.” The film depicts the now 28-year-old star playing a high school call girl who develops a love affair with a client: her stepfather, played by Baldwin.

“I was 47, and it never occurred to me to ask how old Nikki Reed was,” wrote Baldwin in his book. “When I found out, just as we finished, that she was 17, I flipped out on the producers, who had told me something different.”

Brunettti quickly took to Twitter and responded to the allegations, hinting that Baldwin lied in his book. Both Baldwin and Reed have yet to comment on Brunetti’s claims. Brunetti said Alec knew Nikki was 16 (not 17) and that he was great with it. It was one of the reasons she was cast because then there could be no nudity in her parts.

Law enforcement officers found the truck Monday evening that belongs to a Yuba California College student who has been missing for more than four days, the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office said. Farm workers noticed the truck for several days in an orchard in Live Oak, and they finally reported it to officials Monday evening when it still hadn't moved. Investigators discovered it was the truck belonging Alycia "Aly" Yeoman, 20, of Gridley. Yeoman was last seen about 11 p.m. Thursday when she drove away from a home.

The sheriff's office said that Yeoman's truck went down a levee and got stuck in the mud off of Pennington Road. Investigators found one pair of footprints walking away from the truck. They do not believe foul play was involved, at this time.

Yeoman is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs about 115 pounds and has brownish-blond hair. She also has braces, a nose ring and a small mole near her left eye.

Yeoman, who works at both Starbucks and McDonald's in Gridley, never showed up for her early morning shift at McDonald's on Friday, according to a co-worker.

Initially, police said Yeoman’s truck, a green two-door extended cab Toyota Tacoma, was missing and her phone was going straight to voicemail.

Police pinged Yeoman's phone at 4:30 a.m. Monday, which showed that it was in an empty field across the street from the Yuba City Walmart on Harter Parkway, near Oro Ranch Road, police said. However, the phone was not found.

13 Year Old Jumps From Car To Escape Kidnapper

Deputies made an arrest of a 50-year-old Napa man for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. Deputies responded to an emergency call at about 5:40 AM when a man called stating his 13-year-old companion jumped out of his moving vehicle and ran off.

Deputies arrived to the call and, as they were speaking with the caller, the 13-year-old girl came out of the bushes, stumbled up to the deputies, covered in road rash and stated the suspect had raped her. Deputies detained the caller, 50-year-old Napa resident Timothy Lee Marble. An ambulance responded to the scene and took the victim to a local hospital for treatment. We were also able to reach the girl’s mother and get them reunited.

After the girl was treated, detectives interviewed the victim and learned that on the evening of March 30, 2017 she got into an argument with her mother and ran away from her Napa home. At about 3:00 AM on March 31 she was at a Shell gas station in Napa when she met Marble and they engaged in conversation. Marble convinced her to get into his red Chevy pickup to give her a ride.

Marble gave her a ride out into an unknown location in the country and they smoked marijuana together. Marble then made sexual advances towards her which she rejected. He ended up tying her to a nearby tree and sexually assaulted her.

Marble then drove the victim around some more and convinced her to use methamphetamine and used a syringe to inject her with the drug.

The two travelled more and at one point Marble used a razor blade and a knife to make superficial cuts to her leg. He also scratched his name into her skin using the knife. His name was still visible for the detectives.

Also, during the course of this ordeal, Marble sexually assaulted her two more times while they were in his truck.

This morning Marble drove her to Bodega Bay and the victim, fearing for her life, jumped out of his moving truck and fled into the bushes. The suspect stopped his truck and called out to her and when she didn’t answer he told her he was going to kill her. When she didn’t answer, he called 911.

Detectives investigated the case and, at the conclusion of their investigation, they arrested Marble on numerous counts of sexual acts with a minor, kidnapping and child abuse. He was booked into the Sonoma County Jail and is being held without bail.

Timothy Lee Marble has a long criminal history and is a convicted felon from drug charges. He has no prior sex assault offenses.

Roman Polanski's Attempt To Settle Case Is Denied

A Los Angeles County judge has denied the latest effort by Roman Polanski to resolve his 40-year-old statutory rape case, saying that the filmmaker cannot be sentenced in absentia because he remains a fugitive from justice.

In a written decision handed down Monday, L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon said that Polanski’s current motions are based on the same arguments previously presented and rejected by other judges. “No sufficient or compelling basis for reconsideration of these issues … has been presented,” he wrote in the 13-page decision.

Gordon wrote that Polanski’s fugitive status prevents him “from obtaining the relief he desires until he presents himself in the court’s jurisdiction.” The ruling is similar in substance to previous court decisions in which judges have said that Polanski, who fled the United States in 1978 and resides in France, must return to the country in order to pursue his requests.

But on Monday, Gordon agreed to a hearing later this month to consider a controversial piece of testimony that the filmmaker is seeking to unseal.

In recent court filings and at a court hearing in March, Polanski asked to be sentenced in absentia, arguing that he has already exceeded the custody time he was originally required to serve. He also noted that courts in Poland and Switzerland have turned down separate extradition requests by U.S. officials, citing procedural irregularities in the case.

Polanski has offered to return to the United States and appear in court if it agrees to sentence him first.

Kentucky Man Stabs His Father In Church - Moved BY The Sermon

A Kentucky man who claimed he was "moved by the message" to stab his father during a service at Hillvue Heights Church pleaded guilty in court this past week.

Ethan Andrew Buckley, 21, pleaded guilty but mentally ill in Warren Circuit Court to a charge of first-degree assault.

Buckley accepted an offer from the Warren County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office that will recommend a 10-year prison sentence. He would have to serve at least eight and a half years before he is eligible for any kind of release, according to the plea agreement.

The Bowling Green Police Department arrested Buckley on Aug. 14 after being called to the church on Nashville Road, where authorities found Buckley's father, David Buckley, with knife wounds to his neck.

Witnesses reported hearing a commotion during an altar call and believing initially that David Buckley was having a seizure.

Pastor David Tooley told police he was standing at the altar at the time of the incident and heard a "weird noise," according to court records.

"(Tooley) then heard David Buckley state, 'Don't let him kill me, don't let him kill me,' " BGPD Officer Alex Wright said in an incident report.

Another pastor, Jamie Ward, was walking the aisles in the church when he heard yelling.

When he realized what was happening, Ward jumped over chairs and grabbed Ethan Buckley's arms from behind, court records show.

Police recovered a knife with blood on its blade about 5 feet from where emergency personnel attended to David Buckley, who was transported to The Medical Center and then taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, where he was treated for his injuries and released.

According to an arrest report, Ethan Buckley told police that he was "moved by the sermon and decided to kill his dad."

"Ethan Buckley stated his father's time here on earth was up because he had done a lot of good things in his life," BGPD Detective Mike Nade wrote in an affidavit for a search warrant. "Ethan Buckley stated he resented his father because his father was such a good guy while he (Ethan) was a screw-up and a drug addict."

Ethan Buckley underwent a psychiatric examination after his arrest that was meant to assess his competency to stand trial, and Warren Circuit Judge John Grise ruled in November at the end of a competency hearing that the defendant was competent.

Stephen Belafonte's House Raided By Police Looking For Guns

 

Police were waiting on the doorstep of Stephen Belafonte's home, warrant in hand and looking for a cache of illegal guns. The patted him down before using a battering ram on the door. You know, because they didn't want to ask him for his keys. Belafonte is barred from owning any guns because of a domestic violence conviction back in 2003. After searching his home, the police came up empty handed and let Belafonte return inside his house. My guess is they will be watching him to see if he leads them to something, but for now, he remains out of jail.
