Brandi Glanville Was Right About Kim Richards
Maybe Brandi Glanville did know what she was talking about earlier this season when she accused Kim Richards of using crystal meth in the bathroom. Apparently Kim Richards is in rehab not just for booze but also other substance abuse issues and we are not talking about prescription pills here. I'm sure she will say it is prescription pills or just booze or go with the famous follow up rehab visit just to stay clean, but that would not be true. How successful this will be is up in the air because she did not really go completely on her own but was pressured to go by producers at Bravo. Probably tired of trying to avoid those contact highs when they were around her. Speaking of contact highs, I was in a gas station last night and when I went in to pay there were five men in front of me who probably had spent a good portion of their day obviously smoking pot and probably in a confined space. Being with them in that tiny gas station pay area was like being hot boxed at Snoop's house. They sure did have a lot of Hostess they were buying though.

I don't know what it takes for that woman to realize that she has a problem? If she was forced to enter rehab she won't be there for too long just like last time.
I just can't forget about how pretentious she acted in last episode when asked if she would attend Brandi's party. She must be totally oblivious to her addiction and is probably so angry at Brandi because she's the first one in her entire life who actually called her out on being an addict.
I know I'm singing a tired old song here, but: you don't go into the bathroom to use meth several times, over and over. It's a quite strong drug. You get high and you're blasted for ten hours.
You go to the bathroom to readminister coke or do lines of ketamine or crush up pills, though.

So next season will be all about the clean and sober Kim and her attempt to make amends with Brandi and everyone else around her no doubt.
You know, during that party at Dana's where Kim was in the bathroom every 5 minutes, there was a trip to the bathroom that involved Kyle going after her and just as Kyle walked in on Kim, you could hear Kyle say something like "Stop it!" and then after the commercial break, they never explained that. But I think it was where Kyle piled a bunch of bags from Kim's purse in the corner of the bathroom and made her leave the bags there. They looked like makeup bags and such, but guess they were her hardcore drug bags.
Hell yeah Brandi was right! Kim has been visibly butt-ass WASTED on a number of occasions in the episodes. Pills, schmills! I didn't think it was only pills. If so, her "doctors" should be taken out and publicly shot.
I agree with Barton. Her actions would have been noticeably different on meth. I though thte line said you were hotboxing at Snoopy's house.
I think she is using some kind of sedative combo.

It prolly wasn't meth then, like like Barton says. I recall in the 80's we did "crank" every now and then (what it was called back then) and it did take you from wasted drunk to feeling pretty much sober. Coke OTOH is a stupid drug because it must be done over and over and over... blecchh. Thank Jah I am over that shit.

I'm an alki but not a drunk yet...I'm sure it's coming soon as I enter my 40's. I conquered cocaine but the drink is just not something I care to give up. This shit scares me.

So, I watched the entire last epi last night. As far as I'm considered, Kim Richards has been a total beyotch the entire system. And her sister Kyle is no better.
Taylor was out of control at that party. So fascinating that these women have so much means and luxury at their fingertips and yet they are such a miserable lot.
I wish Kim Richards, and anyone trying to get healthy, well. But she sure has been nasty to people.
I don't know how these Bravo producers live with themselves. Seriously. There is so much awful human behavior on these shows. And yes, I'm well aware that I am part of the problem since I watch this shit.

who cares what it was she was doing? coke, most likely but the POINT is kim was denying she was doing ANY drugs except that raft of shit prescribed to her and brandi knew it was something more, and something illegal.
so it doesn't matter to me if she got the substance wrong---kim's an addict. it's obvious and it's been painful to watch. i'm glad she's in rehab but i really wish she'd just get off that show.
she's not entertaining, she's far from the 'beverly hills' image of the others, and it's only given her money to blow on....well, blow.
GET OFF MY TV, KIM. GET CLEAN and go away. please.

Half-life of cocaine is on the order of minutes (20-30 min, up to less than an hour) and would require frequently "consumption" to keep the high. Meth on the other hand lasts up to 12-24 hours in your system.

I had to realize at a certain point that--while I can certainly afford coke (now more than ever)--I also can afford my blood pressure medicine that I need every day the rest of my life due to my lucky draw in the gene pool :)
So no way at 47 I'd get into that S again, even if I know it would take me back to skinny in a year's time. Just not happening.
Now the champagne...that is a totally different story!

What Barton Fink said - you DO NOT need to do a lot of crystal to get a buzz/stay awake...if she keeps disappearing into the bathroom, it's coke or something else.
