I doubt its Kim Richards. She's just about to get treatment for her issues. I dont think they would expect her to do press right now.
NYC is currently filming with a spring premiere so my guess is Ramona. With most the cast having been fired, yet she was invited to stay, I can see her thinking she's "above" all the press stuff.
Ramona is batshit crazy. Just watch her eyes.

I think Kim because even before her going into rehab she's never really done a lot of press and barely shows up to the events on her own show.

I think Kim. I find her sadly hilarious. Folding blankets, eating cheetos, and dusting pictures, it's oddly hysterical. She's never blogged, never appeared on any talk shows, even when the entire cast was there like on Ellen. Camille does the bravo blogs and did a lot of press and hired someone to help her come off as "sympathetic" this season.
my first thought was kim zolciak. i dont see her much anymore when i felt like we had kim overload the first couple seasons. RHOA just started up again too.

I watch the morning and daytime shows and don't think I've ever seen Kim Richards. I have seen Kim Z last year and she has a good excuse since she's post-partum. When was that baby delivered....summer? Fall?
I'm going with Ramona on this one, but then as I think about it she is a famewhore. How about Vicky?
Kim Z would not be getting her own spinoff if bravo producers were pissed at her.
