I see the bootie infestation continues (re: Heche). God, those are such heinous shoes. I don't understand why everyone wears them. They are so very, very unflattering. On everyone. And Underwood's shoes should be named "The Canklemakers." Ugh.

Could not care less about James Bond since Pierce Brosnan left. Daniel Craig looks like he's been hit in the face with a frying pan eleventy million times.

Paris, while I don't HATE Carrie's dress, per se, it strongly reminds me of the dress the ballerina figure wears in those little girl jewelry boxes. You know the ones I mean? Where you wind them up, and when you open the box, the ballerina rotates?

Why is Anne heche suddenly everywhere? I never liked her, but she has gotten more stunning with age. Or she has a good plastic surgeon, perhaps.
I still don't like Jordan sparks. I try to, but there's something really off putting about her, a holier than thou attitude that came across on idol.

Love Daniel Craig, Quantum of Solace wasn't that good, hoping for better this time.
I saw a bunch of pictures of Brad's mom looking thrilled and chummy with The Jolie, they seem happy. And Brad looks amazing for some reason, probably because he ditched the architect glasses.
Kyle Busch's wife is ridiculously hot, especially considering what a weird looking, hot-tempered guy he is.
@ Texshan - Total agreement on the bootie infestation, love the description. I almost caved and was considering getting some last fall, tried a pair on and snapped out of it.
Stay strong, Feisty! Booties are awful. They aren't so crushingly bad if you wear them with pants, I guess, but I just don't get the booties-and-skirt-or-shorts look. It's criminally unattractive.
Aw, cut Jordin some slack. She was just 17 on Idol. I think she's gotten better with the princess attitude over the years.

Anne Heche *is* looking very beautiful. I first watched her on Another World when I was pretty young as Marley/Vicki. Loved her then. I wonder how old she is? Off to google!
Since Kyle Busch is now unemployed, he'll have lots of time for red carpet appearances. Since that's his 3rd strike with a racing team, unless he buys his own team we may have seen the last of him.

What happened to Adriana Lima? She looks very haggard for someone who is only 30. I hate to say it since she used to be one of my favorite models but she has that super-aged rough face that all the meth heads get. I hope she didn't turn to that kind of stuff to lose the baby weight. Regardless, I wish women would realize that we all look so much fresher and younger (if that is your desire) with a little fat under our skin. The skeletor look is no bueno!

In all the photo's I saw of Angie and Brads mom they were smiling looking straight ahead at the paps, there was not one of them looking at each other, I fould that odd.

Why was Kristen C on the country music awards? She's extremely talented but she's Broadway so the country slant seems out of place. And yes, booties are for pants NOT dresses.

I kinda like Daniel Craig, but he looks so horribly old to me most of the time. The sag on his forehead and around his eyes is just awful, and whenever I see it it makes me fearful for men everywhere.
For what it's worth, I am a man in his mid-40s, so one of these days I'm going to wake up looking like Boris Yeltsin, and maybe that's one factor in the horror that Craig's face inspires in me.
This is where I sheepishly admit that I rather...like the ankle booties, eep!
In fact, I have a pair in red patent leather with pointy toes and a stiletto heel that I'm pulling out for the Christmas parties. Worn with all black in conservative styles (black skirt, tights) and maybe a bit of red in the accessories, I think they're fun. :-D
I also love my booties. But I wouldn't wear them with shorts or a skirt. I'm strictly long skirts, pants or tights with them. I'll review carefully next time I put them on. Maybe they do look bad.
I admit I kind of like the booties with thick tights and a skirt look. I have some black booties that I got at Old Navy. Cute with a kitten heel and they don't make me look deformed. I'm going to wear them with a green dress, black belt and tights for the holidays.
