Khloe Kardashian Filing For Divorce- Bruce Jenner On His Way To Becoming A Woman

Most families in the celebrity world would be content with the filing of a divorce to be enough for them publicity wise. You get the attention and the followup stories. Each side is heard from which adds to the general publicity and if the divorce is high profile enough it can last a few days. Well, Khloe Kardashian is filing for divorce and all the Kardashian cameras will be there to record it for the season finale of the upcoming season. This has been such an exercise in crap that they have dragged out way beyond when it was reality just to make sure they could milk the process for another season of shows.

Meanwhile, Bruce Jenner is having his Adam's Apple shaved down but not because he wants to be a woman. He is also growing his hair out and wearing it in a pony tail and had all his body hair removed for the same reason. Yeah,no one knows what that reason is either but I can give a real big guess. The guy wants to be a woman. I just want you to guess what you think his new female name will be. I'm pretty sure he is going to go with a K and pretty sure he is going to need his own reality show. The things Kris has people do to keep the family famous.

I've been saying for awhile that he's transitioning. Good for him if it brings some inner peace.

I remember the Mad Magazine satire of "The Incredible Hulk" television show (the one with Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno) from back in the late 1970's.

One of the jokes was how the series changed the main character's name from "Bruce" Banner to "David" Banner. The joke was that the producers thought that perhaps "Bruce" wasn't the most masculine name those days (since by then it had somehow been co-opted by the gay community). In the background, there was a television with Bruce Jenner winning his Olympic gold, showing how the name could also be very masculine as well.

Oh, irony. You make bitches of us all in the end, don't you?

OK, so Bruce wants to be a woman. Does he want to be a straight woman or a lesbo?

I do not claim to fully grasp transexuality, but I can't hate on someone who is trying live their lives the way they feel best. If it is the case that Jenner is transitioning, I hope that Enty or Enties are not douchetard, bullies that mock him. A 400# bald, bacon eating, basement living blogger and his minions who make a living off of scraping the barrel's bottom of other people's pain really have no room to cast judgments. And, that's all I have to say about that.

Wasn't there a blind about someone shopping a show about a male transitioning and they were filming the process for a reality series? All those cameras around the KKlan could hide the agenda change...

I have a college friend who transitioned a few years ago. In college, this person was a very, very masculine-looking Italian man, openly gay, but we never got any vibe that he was uncomfortable with the body he was born into. He transitioned in his late 30s-early 40s, and in addition to the usual gender reassignment surgery, got **tons** of facial plastic surgery and a great big rack. He is now a she, married to a straight man, and seems to be doing just great - and looks younger than the rest of us because of all the surgery!

I had to mute her on Facebook, though, because she was constantly posting images of her great big boobs showcased in low-cut outfits. She's happy to have them, and I salute her, but I don't need to look at them with my breakfast every morning.

I am happy for Bruce. The divorce, then the super-long extensions in the Khristmas Kard---I hoped he was gonna go for it.

I hope he chooses "Jenna," so he can be "Jenna Jenner."

I'm only surprised it's been this long coming.

Its probably an open secret in Hollywood. I was watching a family guy episode and they were making fun of Bruce. Hewadprancing around like a female stripper. That particular episode was old I think. So I'm guessing they've known in Hollywood for some time and its just starting to get to the masses.

Lol! If in fact the original Enty ever did really live with his parents in te basement (which I highly doubt), that Enty is long gone.

@ lib...wasn't that card AWESOME! I had to pull out my Psych 101 AND my Film Class 115 Plus my CDan low degree of participation ribbon, to get the nuances.

My only hesitation with transitioning is his age - 64. It seems rather late in life to me to go through all that's involved. If I was in his shoes, I think I'd opt for just leaving things as they are, settling into retirement, and enjoying my grandchildren. I'm not in his shoes though, so what do I know. Wish him the best outcome.

He may get more acceptance than he'd counted on - I think people can tell he's been unhappy for a long time.

There's a great story about George W. Bush, of all people, greeting an old friend from Yale at the White House who had been Peter when they studied, but was now a woman named Petra. To quote the SF Gate (not exactly a Bush-friendly portal) . "Although Yale was still all-male in 1968, one alum has since had a sex-change operation. "You might remember me as Peter when we left Yale," said the woman upon coming face to face with the president. George W. didn't pause for a moment, grabbed the alumna's hand, and said "Now you've come back as yourself."

Nutty I had a friend transition too. Very masculine. Did the same thing with the boobs. Sadly not enough $$ for other surgeries. But what is it with the boobs? Seems they'll still be men in some small way.

Get out Nutty! Wow guess Bush isn't so bad.

@kumquat- I remember that like it was yesterday, and I think of it every single time I hear Bruce Jenner's name to this day.

He will be one ugly woman. Still better than Chloe though...

So will PMK be transitioning to a man as well? My guess is yes cuz she's already got the biggest balls in Hollywood.

Maybe not Derek H, those hormones are making his face puffy. Once he's stable, they might be able to shape that into something after all, they have the eyebrow arch down. Lol

At first glance I thought that was Idina Menzel looking rough :/ my bad

Anyhoo good luck to him/her if he is trans

Bruce transitioning to a woman is literally the only thing that makes sense as to the f*ckery happening with his face and hair right now.

I remember when Bruce Jenner was so good looking. Getting involved with those Kardashians destroyed him.

I read this book, Inside the Secret Service. George W Bush came off very well. The one who came off the best was Ronald Reagan. A very interesting read.

One GWB story I can actually feel awwww happy about.

I doubt very much that Bruce's possible transitioning is one of "The things Kris has people do to keep the family famous." Fuck that.

@Sherry like his politics or not, W has been the nicest President we've had in decades. Is he a perfect person? No, but he'd be the first to tell you that.

One thing that did make him a better President than Obama, however, is that Obama wants to feel like the smartest person in the room and Bush surrounded himself by the smartest people they could get.

KJ Kitsom said...

Bruce looks like a female golfer in the pic that accompanies this article. And that is not a bad thing; he looks good in the picture.

@RowdyRodimus, I'm normally apolitical, but you have GOT to be kidding here:

"The one thing that made Bush a better President than Obama is that Bush surrounded himself by the smartest people they could get."

Bush's team may have technically been IQ smart, but they were so rigidly hyper-partisan and blinded to an extreme by neoconservative ideology as to be rendered toxic in terms of sound decision making for the good of the country. They nearly ruined us AND the world.

As a truly wise and highly esteemed philosopher once noted, "He who forgets the past is condemned to repeat it."

no interest in political squabbling in this oasis, but can't resist putting one name out there--"brownie"

Welcome back libby!! Missed you!!!

Bruce does look alot like a lady but he says he just never liked his adams apple. Uh huh. Yeah, sure. Bruce, we dont care!

Tyler said...

@NYer, a perfect example of the Bush inner circle control freak syndrome. Nearly all appointments were made simply on the basis of an appointee's professed loyalty IN WRITING to that inner circle. It's so Hitleresque the memory still upsets my stomach. Most were incompetent puppets.

Chaz has done it already. Documentary etc.

I have only watched that horrible show for 10 minutes approx. but I have to say I would tune into watch Bruce. Hopefully no K's on there. Maybe just the young daughters. But it's been a long time coming. He should just come out loud and proud! Don't listen to control freak, mama pimp, Bruce!

Love to watch the anti-Bush people go off the rails again...it's been awhile!

I've spent time with both Bush 41 and 43 and their wives. They are kind and caring people. That he reacted that way does not surprise me at all. As my mother would say, "They were raised right."

And Bruce is starting to look like the football coach on a Glee...

I've got to say Bush jr has been pretty classy since he left office. I like the fact he will not comment on Obama or politics now and insists on being a private citizen.

I do remember a British make-up artist saying Bush jr was the nicest president she ever did make-up for when he was in Britain with Tony Blair.

I do wonder why he and Bush Sr did not do the 50 year MLK jr anniversary this past year though.
