Random Photos Part Six

Beyonce is the most influential person of the year. I know that I base all my life decisions on what she does.

Zac Posen is surrounded by Claire Danes and Sarah Jessica Parker.
Iman hugs it out with Susan Sarandon.
Carmen Electra in white always makes me laugh.
Charlize Theron gets a headache when Sean Penn says he needs a smoke and hooker break.
Dianna Agron and Carey Mulligan is an odd combination.
Dianna's Glee co-stars hung Darren Criss and Lea Michele hung out together over the weekend.
Emma Watson takes a walk with her boyfriend.
Elijah Wood takes a smoke break at a convention.

I wish I knew killing inc's wife stance on vaccines as long as she is the most influential person in the f word ing world.

Susan Sarandon looks a little terrified. I would be, too.

So the Freudian slip here is that this Darren Criss person is well-endowed?

I am very much influenced by someone wearing grandma's undergarments and a Saran Wrap top on the cover of Time magazine. Poor Time, they're still mad about that whole paper magazines vs the Interwebs thing. Maybe Beyonce will have some influence...

I can't stand Beyoncé...and I really hate the fact that my phone autocorrects her name accent and all but if I spell my last name it insist that's it's wrong

LOL @Pazazz!

More thigh gap!
Lea looks very nice.

Susan Sarandon and Iman look gorgeous!

i love beyonce, but person of the yr is a bit much.

eww sarandon.

carmen electra, virginal color aside, looks great there.

the longer charlize stays w/ this asshat, the further she drops from my sight. no me gusta.

It would be really nice that when women grace the cover of magazines like Time, they actually wear pants. I'd even be happy with a skirt! Or perhaps just a pic from the waist up.

Is that SJP's smoldering sexy look? Clair Daines looks really good there.
Carmen doesn't need to "pose" so much.
Still can't believe Charlize is out with Peen.
Emma's man is hawt!

MovingOn said...

OK, that is a terrible pic of B. Her face looks so blah...almost mannish.

Clare looks really pretty there.

I LOVE that shot of Charlize & Sean! LOL

Really Time? A booty shaking pop tart who sings grinds and sings about drunk sex while gyrating all over for the world to seem who constantly air brushes her thighs and pretends to be au natural and down to earth but spends thousands DAILY on weaves, who lies about pregnancy and life (say NOTHING if you want privacy but don't LIE, and miraculously losing baby weight she never had, influences nothing but a sad statement of our society and Time Magazine's chosen direction. What happened to dignity and having a little couth?? Put on some damn clothes and get taken seriously as a PERSON. Quite selling your twat. It's old and uninteresting, and it belittles your value to out it on display on a magazine. I have to say that have never been a fan of George clooney and his tiring floosely line of gold digging bimbos, he is settling down with a woman who is making a mark I the world with her intelligence and humanitarian drive - and keeps it tasteful so she is taken seriously for what she has to say and how she can contribute to a world dialogue about important issues. Makes me think he has some character and depth after all.

P.s. Does it not mean anything to time that their person chosen as most influential does hardly anything to give back? If she is so influential, for what good does she use it, other than to line her bank account? She is all about herself. How is that influential. Popular maybe but influential? Who makes a decision asking themselves what Beyoncé would do? Who aspires to be like her, other than girls who really only aspire to what she has (fame, money), not who she is (a singer with almost no charitable interests or honest personality). How fucking sad. Time, you are assholes.

PS: it is NOT that serious.

Really.

Pazazz said...

Tell us how you really feel PS...but I do agree with you. I'm just happy it's not Kim K on cover then I'd "have to cancel my subscription to Time"

FS said...

That is a very bad photo of Beyonce and for some reason that makes me happy.

Audrey said...

Amen, PS! Popular does not equal influential. Time has been a rag for quite a while now.

Tricia Shaw said...

Claire Danes irks me profoundly..always has. Good enough actress but my lord her face is...irksome and her smiles always seem to mask a seething bitch.

Anyone else think Charlize looks have declined substantially since being with Penn?

And for beyond.."to the left to the left..every issue of time in a pile to the left" never took her seriously never will...but glad she made cover before turning 40 next year..

Oh wait-she's still 24, right?
Yep...and philanthropic too....shes a7second video clip on replay....

Holy airbrushing on the time cover.

Steampunk Jazz said...

FS, that blank terror deadens her eyes. They say married couples start to look alike, man, she should have thought of that.

PotPourri said...

Beyonce'? Not really a person of the year. But what makes me more mad is that half naked photo of her on the cover. It's just too much for a 'serious' magazine.

lazyday603 said...

They didn't really name her person of the year. She is one of 100 most influential people (could any list be more subjective not to mention pointless?). Beyonce is on the cover because Jenji Hohan or Lydia Ko wouldn't have sold any extra copies on the newsstand.

MadLyb said...

Beyonce is "Time's" most influencial person of the year? Of all the people in the world who have actually done something of value, she get's their cover? "Time" just beat "Globe" as the least credible tabloid. (Weekly World News would have won if it still existed).

Dizzel said...

Wow. You just beat me at my own game of epic run-on sentences! :)

Steampunk, I LOL'ed. :)

uhm, say what you want about her life, but Beyonce's album release this year was an extraordinary, game changing event. The story of the internet, and technology as a whole, is in large part the elimination of middlemen (people?) and others ... if anyone is wondering where the jobs are going, that is where. Her album release was potentially a watershed event in a long line of fundamental changes to our society brought about by technology and its application. I've not read the Time issue or what explantation if any it gives for why it included her as one of the hundred most influential, but it makes sense to me as someone who tries to pay attention to technology, but still calls music releases "albums" because i remember when that was all there was, a vinyl disc that had to be played on a record player.
And, comments taking Time to task for its decision to include her because she is supposedly such a waste of space strike me as particularly inapt to the extent they ignore her album release.

agree with everyone on fake pregnancy beyonce.

carmen looks pretty, albeit try-hard.

Beyonce is a low character mouth breather and Time is down in the muck with People and National Inquirer. Neither one is worth anybody's attention. It's fun to watch Bey and Jay though. These two assholes will do anything to "maintain the fame".

Penn looks itty bitty beside Theron. I honestly don't know which one is the bigger asshole ... I'm going to go with Theron because she's faker. Penn doesn't really try to hide his true nature. And he hit Madonna with a bat so he gets bonus points for that.

"Emma Watson takes a walk with her boyfriend." ..... Not even close, Enty. The caption should read: "Emma Watson takes a walk with her gay, fake boyfriend". Profane, get the fuck out here.

Charlize is looking very much like my aunt circa 1984 with that hair and sweater combo.

Poor Time. I guess they thought if they put her on the cover, they'd sell lots of magazines to 12 year old girls.

Finding comfort in a replacement boyfriend already, Lea?

As many demons as Cory Monteith had, Lea did not need to be one of them. That bitch is so fake.

Does that picture lay to waste all the rumors of Chris Colfer and Lea Michele trying to get rid of Darren Criss?

Sherry said...

I can't throw PS any shade because I've had my diatribes too and if she was so "influential" she should have influenced them to let her wear some clothes. Women have been too objectified as it is (and I get she looks good for "having" a baby and all) but the honor bestowed would have carried more weight had she been more appropriately dressed.

Clubber Wang said...

Looks like Time used Affirmative Action for this selection

Tina Mallette said...

Okay is she most influential or just one of 100 people deemed influential because I have to say she has in no way impacted MY life and please why is she wearing such a ridiculous outfit, if she claims to stand for female empowerment, dress like someone with strength and dignity rather than some swimsuit model wannabe.

Sarah said...

If Peen was accidental, it's still brilliant

sandybrook said...

I guess Beyonce can inspire all those talentless hacks who cant get a break to go give bjs and f*cks to producers and studio owners for tracks and free recording time.

redronnie said...

In my little corner of the world, she doesn't exist.

Sorry for my rant cdaners... I think it was almost as bad as rolling stone made the boston bomber look like Jim Morrison... I know it's not that serious, but something about a woman heralded in that position, who could use their popularity for actually influencing some good - like for young girls to respect themselves or just plain ol' human positivity shows up in her underwear to accept... Of course, the honor comes after her LiLo version of a pole dancer routine at a music awards show watched by kids. It's just sad. But, no worries, I am outta the tree, people...save the shade for someone else...

Claire Danes looks great (except for the dress).

Susan said...

So I guess dating Sean Penn sucks the looks and life out of ya. Charlize is looking rough right there.

I love the color of Claire Danes' dress but the neckline is ruining the look.

I appreciate the rants on Beyonce. Time. Bwahhhhhh. Time Magazine totally gives me flashbacks of my childhood because my rents and grandparents were subscribers forevs. I just completely associate it with wood paneling and olden times. Beyonce's vacant look, straight blond hair a la a white broad, and non-existent wardrobe are HORRIFYING to me. I guess a woman can only be influential if she's rocking her skivvies and looks like a vapid super model. Whatever.

Oh well. I don't know what is influential in this day and age. I feel like selfies and texting are the only thing that really impact people. It's sad, actually.

I would have guessed that's Elle Fanning with Dianna. I'd be an awful celebrity photographer, since I'd never recognize them without their makeup and stylists.

I missed this earlier in the day.

P: Agron/Mulligan tag team

M: Electra - she made a career of it, she is probably more skilled than Charlize.

B: Watson
