Not it! I'm on the little girl laptop, anyway, so I have an excuse. :D

TalksTooMuch said...

Woo hoo! I'll take it! It is totally that kind of day

Kristin Wigs said...

More than one dude to judge ? We all win!

Being on the swinging buttcakes!!

Unknown said...

Most of those seem to be the result of poorly set up poles. Couple of the dudes had nice bodies. You aren't missing much, carry on.

TalksTooMuch said...

Lots of mostly hot mostly undressed dudes fall off stripper poles or varying sizes, colours and stability. Maaaad props to dude in the lime-green zebra-striped undies, I had to watch it twice before I noticed he fell.

Synopsis: strippinhg is harder than it looks, y'all

Kristin Wigs said...

My video keeps freezing! Make the funny work!

Sugar said...

Moderately funny. #dudepolefail

Procrastibator said...

I like the "blatt" noise their balls make when they slap the pole.

Sugar said...

Oh man! I watched it without sound.....

Sugar said...

And I'm NOT watching it again!

Kristin Wigs said...

Everything is funnier with a good ball squashing.

Sprink said...

I don't understand why Enty posts these. I don't understand what one has to do to have one's video posted here. It's all a mystery to me.

Kristin Wigs said...

Sprink I think 2-230 EST is Enty's "me time" and the daily video is to keep us preoccupied while he poops.

Maybe we can test this? Who wants to send Enty a video?

Procrastibator said...

Are they randomly selected from Enty's recent youtube searches? There is no discernible pattern.

Procrastibator said...

Some people are regular like clock work. This hypothesis fascinates me. When I take a dump, I read Vogue

Sprink said...

Kristin! Bwahahaha!

Seven of Eleven said...

@Sprink, it's become the OT of OT, where we make jokes, talk about book clubs, and link to better videos.

Like Heidi Klum and her fabulous accent introducing Patrick Swayze and Lisa Niemi dancing to Whitney Houston.

TalksTooMuch said...

I think it's so we can talk about Book Club, Sprink! Get your suggestions in, post going up tomorrow for voting! Woot!

TalksTooMuch said...

Or what Seven said.

Kristin Wigs said...

And we talk bowel movements!

ladybaus said...

I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED there were no cheap-shots at me ; 0

TalksTooMuch said...

It's because we really liked your undies, Derek!

Sprink said...

@Seven, I've always felt sorry for Lisa Niemi because NOBODY would have ever heard of her if she hadn't been married to Patrick Swayze, but she was clearly an accomplished artist in her own right. For whatever reason, that talent didn't propel her to superstar status like it did for him (and yes, I'd call him a superstar).

It's like when people go off on Damian Lewis' (Lewis's?) wife or James McAvoy's...these are women who are highly respected as professionals, yet most gossip bien pensant write them off.

For all the doubters, watch this video; Niemi should have you after that first leg fan. Ffs.

Sugar said...

You look good in lime green panties, derek!

Kristin Wigs said...

We all know your props are tennis rackets when you dance. Are you integrating some pole work in your routine?

Sprink said...

They must have had fairly amazing sex. I'm just guessing.

ladybaus said...

Yo TTM and fam----I would love to talk about film as a topic---I just saw the movies Closer and Noah---last night I would love to discuss the in depth....*my question mark symbol does not work)

ladybaus said...

@K---always the bridesmaid never the...

TalksTooMuch said...

Perfect, Derek, go throw them on the post. I posted pics from my TO trip too, under Hiddlestalk, check it oot!

ladybaus said...

sweet---I totally will (Drock predicts hot-date-night will be an epic fail lmao)

TalksTooMuch said...

What hot date night??? Spill it, fella!

Kristin Wigs said...

Who is "Drock?" Does he pole dance, too?

TalksTooMuch said...

In lime-green manties, Wigs! Woo hoo!

Sprink said...

@TTM, The Elegance of the Hedgehog, by Muriel Barbery.

OR...Salinger's classic, The Catcher in the Rye. Sure, we all read it in high school, but I've never had an opportunity to re-visit the book and then discuss it with other adults. I'm currently reading The Shock of the Fall, which definitely has a "Catcher" feel to it. So maybe that one.

Anyway, I'm delighted with whichever book we read. I just wish I could participate more fully (e.g., not post midnight my time, not on a phone, not from my bed). It truly limits my powers of humour and criticism. Ahem.

Sugar said...

No first date pole dancing, derek!

Kristin Wigs said...

Sugar! Who are you? Patti Stanger? Derek absolutely should first date pole dance!

Sprink said...

@Derek--it's just as well your Question Mark key doesn't work as there were no questions in that comment.

Also--no cheap shots where? (<----please note how it's essential to this sentence)

No cheap shots at you in this post or in the book group post over at @TTM's? Because, if it makes you happy, I am thoroughly capable of taking a cheap shot...

TalksTooMuch said...

I will add to the list,Sprink! I loved The Catcher In The Rye,of course. I'm going to hope we catch you for at least a little bit, you wit and sarcasm and actual book knowledge are the backbone of the group.

We actually lost a member last night / this morning, Pip Squeak, so we need all voices on deck!

TalksTooMuch said...

She never even gave Sex Toy Dave a chance to fully express himself!! It's as though he was a ginger or something!

ladybaus said...

oh@Sprink---I am turning Dirty 30 August 1---I am just really immature sometimes..

TalksTooMuch said...

Shhh, Sprink, I thought we weren't gonna tell derek he came up at book club!

Seven of Eleven said...

@Sprink, I think she's a star in her world (dance world).

Couldn't agree more. It's obvious that she choreographed the entire dance. She goes en pointe several times, while he only goes once - a true professional working with someone not classically trained. I love the loop sequence, that was just so perfect.

Sherry said...

I must admit I never read "Catcher in the Rye". Must have been too subversive for NC even in the 70's.

ladybaus said...

@Sevenofwhocares
way to be a mega bitch...FUCK YOU

Seven of Eleven said...

There are cheap shots up for the taking? Hmph, I miss everything.

TalksTooMuch said...

Derek: WHAT.THE.HELL??

Seven of Eleven said...

Pardon me? I never said anything to you or about you, @Derek. I am not Sprink, if that's who you're confusing me with.

ladybaus said...

I love love love Catcher In the Rye----I had 2 one night stands in my youngin years and they belived my name was Holden---lmao----stupid chumps

ladybaus said...

my bad my bad--0-sorry babe---I just get confused sometimes---

ladybaus said...

@Seven---I mistook what you were saying---I really am sorry

Sugar said...

dude. Count to 3, stand up, do a pole dance in your undies, turn around five times, then post.

ladybaus said...

Its hard to interpretive what people truly feel and decipher the true stabs in the back ya knowÉ

Kristin Wigs said...

Derek is better understood through the art of dance ;)

Unknown said...

Lol, I wonder if I get me a pole i could get my husband to do that,,,id probably laugh for a decade....l:-))

OneEyeCharlie said...

Sooooooo, this is where all the women folk are hanging out. Ladies .-)

ladybaus said...

#buzzkillnation

OneEyeCharlie said...

For the record: I am a breeder, Derek, but I'd be willing to observe your interpretive dances.I am a big supporter of the performing arts.

ladybaus said...

you weren't last week........

VIPblonde said...

@Derek You know this means we'll have to have a CDaN Birthday Kiki for you then! I'll bring the champs :)

ladybaus said...

@VIP lmao its on a holiday weekend though....

Sprink said...

@TTM, what do you mean we "lost a member"? Did Pip Squeak DIE? :(

I quite liked Pip's contributions to book club. I get that some of us take the books and conversation more seriously than others (I'm looking at you, Sprink), but I also think most recognise there will be a certain amount of, erm, frivolity...

Sprink said...

Also, @TTM, "you(r) wit and sarcasm and actual book knowledge are the backbone of the group"...is an actual entry in OED under Phrases: B; Blowing; Blowing Smoke Up One's Ass... :-D

(Thank you, that's a very flattering thing to say.)

Sprink said...

@Seven, we are on the same page re Niemi.

ladybaus said...

Well TTM is a good person----Us Canadians can be a triple-threat sometimes

Freya said...

Speaking of male dancers, anyone going check out Joe Manganiello's documentary, La Bare? I highly doubt it's playing in my area, otherwise I would go see it.

TalksTooMuch said...

No, I sure hope she didn't die, Sprink! What a thing! And no, I thought Pip Squeak was a great member, always very knowledgeable and opinionated about whatever we were reading, great stuff.

She took offense to another person's suggestion and then seemed to go after the person,so I asked her to chill the eff oot and she decided to bounce instead. I imagine it happens.

ladybaus said...

@Sprink-----are y0u a gay guy or a chickÉ

Sprink said...

@TTM (gosh, I seem to be responding to your comments quite a bit!), I think @Derek already @knew we were @talking about @him.

Only briefly, though. And really, one should just assume that anyone can and will read this stuff.

@Derek, happy future birthday. I had you at early-mid 20s. Certainly under 30. Good times, actually. Question: when you say "fuck you" to posters, do you mean it or is it an endearing, comical "fuck you"?

TalksTooMuch said...

Look it up under Fawning and / or Banter, Sprink,Subsection 6

ladybaus said...

@Sprink I got sent a few questinole emails and I did NOT know what was going on---ironically cOUNT TOLD ME

Sprink said...

Ps to @Derek--I came to CDAN for the film talk as well. Sadly I got a bucketload of infidelity, addiction, and mental illness instead.

Sometimes, with knowledge of heroes, less is more.

Anyway, I'll happily dissect any film, any time, with any one.

all points pilates said...

I love this book and thought the exact same thing about it; reminds me of Catcher in the Rye!

TalksTooMuch said...

Thanks, Derek, I think you're all right too and I'm kinda bummed we never met up. Even if you do occasionally seem to have the Internet version of Tourette's Syndrome. I kid because I lurve! Woot!

Sprink said...

@Sherry, Catcher is a must. And I was in Goldsboro when I read it, so the NC defence doesn't hold. :)

TalksTooMuch said...

I absolutely assume that, Sprink. Just with alllll those comments to wade through, you know. Stuff gets missed here and there.

TalksTooMuch said...

What does that mean, Freya?? Is Joe Mangemange Bare??

Sprink said...

@Lovelyloie--glad to hear it (re Shock of Fall). I'm about 70 pages in and engrossed. Glad to hear a positive opinion.

Sprink said...

Fawntastic Giffing, Seven!

ladybaus said...

@TTM obvs me too Cousin Jerry styleÉ

ladybaus said...

#IKNEWSUGABOOGAWOULDDOTHAT

Sprink said...

@TTM, I saw that whole thing with Pip Squeak and the book suggestion, but thought the "Pip" who was contributing to book club was the same person!

I. Cannot. Keep. Up. With. The. Crazy.

Sugar said...

xo, derek

Seven of Eleven said...

Achievement unlocked!

ladybaus said...

Welp hot date night----gotta jet. I would LOOOOOOOOOVE to discuss the HBO show GIRLS as well. I wrote 2 manuscripts for them to consider. The Lena hate AANOYS ME especially when you don't actually watch the show...I sent them the manu ---wish me luckÉ!

OneEyeCharlie said...

It doesn't count if you Roofie my drink.

TalksTooMuch said...

Good luck fella!! About BOTH!

TalksTooMuch said...

No, there was indeed a Pip AND a Pip Squeak. Pip SQUEAK is the one that bounced. As far as I know, Pip should still be a part. I hope, right?? Calling Pip! Confirm!

Violet said...

TTM how does one get flouncy over a book title? Did someone object to the racist and classist overtones in Enid Blyton's Famous Five?

Unknown said...

If you guys don't think enty sometimes posts from his laptop while he is grunting one out you are very naive. That is why we have laptops.

TalksTooMuch said...

No, silly texas, that's why we have phones!

TalksTooMuch said...

I hope you're able to make it this time, Lovelyloie!

TalksTooMuch said...

I adore Enid Blyton, Violet! And no, I think she was concerned that a previous suggestion (The Princess Bride) wasn't up to snuff (totally is) and she unfortunately took it very personally. It was kind of unfortunate in that the suggestion was one made by a brand new poster, TongueNCheek, so hopefully it doesn't cause anyone to feel uncomfortable suggesting anything. Because the MORE options, the better, y'all

Seven of Eleven said...

Someone said Princess Bride wasn't worthy?!

BeckyMae said...

Off with their heads!!

Anonymous said...

Well crap. I've been here all of a week and I'm already causing problems. As my next book suggestion I'd like to throw out... Ummm... Anna Karenina. Or maybe Crime and Punishment... (Ok.. I think I covered THAT up pretty well....)

Sherry said...

Sprink..Perhaps your county had more funding and Mecklenberg County was too fundamental. I swear it was not on the mandatory reading list. But I have been thinking about it.

Wow..Derek sweetie....I think all the people here who you normally banter with are not the asshole that sent you those emails. Maybe they aren't even related at all?

Anyway, hope your date is fun. Report back and let us know if you chose to do the stripper pole or if he wasn't worth the trouble.

MadLyb said...

I didn't even watch this. If people just spoke out loud what they were thinking in regards to sex, the entire fiasco of pole dancing could immediately be done away with.

MadLyb said...

The Count being excluded, of course, since he has removed any and all filters.

Anonymous said...

Great gif btw seven. How do you do that??
