This former A- list reality star back when there were not nearly as many reality shows likes to think she is still a big deal and that the world follows her every step. She was hoping no one would find about her family member and held off telling the public until she could get a team in place to divert any bad PR coming to her.

So she knew he was already dead and just left him there for a week before contacting police because of bad pr. Huh..
I'm thinking she knew he was missing after arrest and kept that quiet because she was not expecting a good outcome. I don't think she can keep a death quiet.
Yeah, she seems like a disgusting human being. She probably knew he was dead, gross.
It could've been personal reasons for the delay I'm not going to be so cynical to think she's thinking of plublicity during a crisis. Maybe she hired a team to deal with the press, so she didn't have to because she was grief stricken and worried how he'd be portrayed.
I don't think she knew if he was dead or not, but his friends came forward and said that he was struggling with mental health issues and alcoholism and has been in trouble with the law multiple times. She didn't want these issues to be public so she kept quiet.
I think the delay was because his arrest prior to his disappearance was due to harassment and showing up to a women's house with a gun. No one would really want to speak out about that.
He was missing for about a week before the press caught on to the story. I'm assuming that's the delay that this BI is attempting to explain. There was no delay in reporting after his body was identified.
Maybe she just wanted to keep her personal shit personal. The girl lost her brother, give her a break
