Blind Item #3

Earlier this year I wrote about an gent who was dividing the cast of this pay cable monster hit show. Well, things are about to get a whole lot worse. The agent, who represents about half the cast is known for his aggressive behavior towards fans at conventions and other actresses he says he can "help." Many many people have complained to the actors and actresses he represents, but they just sweep it under the rug because they don't want to lose that convention cash.

sometimes I feel like I nailed the answer to the question that was never asked. what the heck is at issue here? payment for appearances?

sandybrook said...

No I think it's the way the agent treats people, especially actresses. But also the fans at the conventions.

if it's monster hit show seems agreeable fee could be set by any agent. why keep his drama?
thanks sandy

He may have been dividing the cast a few months ago but in this environment the cast will unite against him if any validity to allegations. This is good news as it appears he is a asshole. I assume show is GOT- about the only pay cable would would be described as a Monster hit.

or at least no cast member will publicly support him.

Walking dead. "Monster hit". They go to conventions all the time

@Lunch Lady,walking dead isn't considered pay cable.

Jim Toth has been known for being very likable. Emmanuel would be a believable guess.

There's a rumor in Chicago that Rahm is going to leave office before the end of his term. I immediately thought it might be related to his brother...may be related to this blind.

Pay cable = HBO, Showtime, et al

Probably Game of Thrones, since nothing else on these networks strikes me as a monster hit.

Woah. There's a real Hollywood agent who's named Ari? Is that who Ari Gold from "Entourage" was based off? 😱😐😂

If you don’t have pay cable you don’t get AMC

MovieBuff said...

There should be some kind of divide with how pay cable is distinguished. If I don’t pay my cable bill I not get AMC, FX, Bravo, VH1, MTV etc. Then there are premium packages, HBO, EPIX, STARZ...etc. Pay cable can’t be used to as a catch all for Game of Thrones and Walking Dead. One can pay for cable and still not have premium channels. Call it Pay+ cable, lol.

Yes, Scandi, Ari Gold is based on Ari Emmanuel lol

OMG! 😂😂😂😂 #FerReals

Yeah and there's no "free" cable so "pay" cable refers to premium channels otherwise he would've just said cable duh.

OK newbies - Enty has described this numerous times. Pay cable is HBO, showtime, Starz ect ect. Pay cable channels with no commercials. Channels that are not included in most basic cable plans. All others tbs, tnt, fx, amc, discover ect ect ect are just cable tv. Network is abc, nbc, cbs, fox. Almost network is cw. Almost tv is netflix, amazon, hulu ect.
