Halle Berry was in Miami this weekend and the Miami media were on top of the whole engagement thing to Olivier Martinez and caught him in a weak moment and he confirmed the couple is engaged. Halle has been wearing the ring since January but no one had uttered a peep. Olivier was in town to open his new restaurant and Halle came along with him.

I like Halle. I don't understand why she gets such a bad rap just b/c she's chosen a few bad guys. I don't think any of us ever purposefully goes after the wrong type of man but we may find ourselves with basically the same guy over and over again. I don't think that makes a person crazy, just ignorant of the fact that they're subconsciously seeking certain character traits (usually bad ones) in their partner - and as a result they find themselves in the same relationship over and over again.
Saying all that, I definitely was not a fan of the hit and run. No buneo Halle!!
As far as Olivier, I was done with him when he cheated on Kylie while she was undergoing treatment for breast cancer. And am I mistaken or wasn't the other woman Angelina Jolie or was that just crazy tabloid speculation?
