Blind Items Revealed

March 22, 2013

This former A list celebrity has learned to do the true celebrity diet. Snorting Adderall. I'm sure she will come out and say how she lost it by eating right and exercising and coming up with some crap diet plan to put in the issue but it has been Adderall and booze.

I know I defended Adderall & diet pills for weight loss the other day but that really didn't include snorting them.

All I ever hear is that every single Hollywood celeb takes Aderall. What exactly does it do - an appetite suppressant? Makes you run around all day? What is the UK equivalent? Enquiring minds need to know.

The blue adderall are probably designed to be snorted. They crush easy as hell and have about the same impact on the sinuses as snorting a pixie stick. I only snorted 1/2 at a time, cause I have a low tolerance for uppers.

Another thing that isnt difficult to do while driving.

@violet: raises your metabolism, suppresses appetite, increased energy.

@violet: Adderall and vivanse are the two most widely used prescription amphetamines. It is prescribed for conditions ranging from ADHD to some narcoleptic disorders. It's now endemic in Hollywood and college campuses, because kids can prolong their duration of focus.

When she lost her weight she had great muscle tone in her legs & arms. Adderal was probably helping her, but she was doing some weights also. You do not get legs like that laying on your couch all day.

Vyvanse, sorry

Violet said...

Thanks. I think I'll stick to my 6 x weekly gym/running and vegetarian diet routine. And I do realise how much duller than Xtina that makes me sound.

anda marie said...

@violet, you can spot users of Adderal because they can't put together a complete sentence & are figity. Watch any of KSlut's interviews on YouTube.

A drunk and stoned Xtina is the best Xtina.

Some times true but that is not always true. Obviously the pupils easily betray any drugs you are on, if you know what to look for. Unless you do that, the best thing to actually look for is teeth grinding.

I've got high bp. No way I'm taking it.

Lady Heisenberg said...

Kristen's fidgeting is likely from stimulant use, sure, but everything else, that's just her high as fuck and not giving a shit. Just my opinion.

anda marie said...

No KSlut cares, don't let the attitude act fool you. She's trying very hard, she needs to get off the drugs, not to mention just finally come out of the closet.

Yay! Scissor sister ranting again!

@anda marie, hell I'm like that half the time normally LOL.

Lady Heisenberg said...

LowKey!! Me too. I'm an awesome combo of hyper and clumsy.

Easiest adderall tell is blue boogers.

I bought some adderall when I was on business in India. .. Apparently you don't need a prescription! But I took one and got scared. Haven't opened the bottle again who knows what the hell it really is

rajahcat said...

that'll do it

many non celebs use it for weight loss-and lie to docs to get it

Adderal is very common in my generation, alot of girls at my sorority were on it, not to mention now I'm in the industry. There is a difference between nervous & Adderal.

Tina Mallette said...

Prolongs focus? I need to get me some Adderall.

So does Adderall suppress booze bloat too? I thought alcohol is considered fattening. Unless someone is hoisting back one of those awful light beers?

If you are Canadian, American beer is light beer.

Tina Mallette said...

So I take it that Adderall is part of each drug dealer's stash to sell where you have no certainty as to its quality, because surely it cannot be that easy to get a legit prescription unless you pay off the doctor and in that case I wouldn't want that doctor as my family doctor.

Habibti said...

Get me some Adderall! Sign me up! Beats eating boring salads.

Count Jerkula said...

My ex copped to ADHD to get adderall. It is very easy to do. There are like 9 symptoms so if you answer yes to 5 or 6 of the questions from your dr, he writes the script. She went from blue (5mg?) To the tan capsules (20mg?). The capsules were too much, so he doubled the # of blue pills per refill.

Of course when I asked if something that speeds you up and helps you focus would counter act the anti anxiety meds, I was deemed an asshole. I tuned out while she gave the reasons.

Count Jerkula said...

@tina: you really think Drs need to be paid off? Who you think were the ones calling their brokers after the drug reps left their offices pimping Adderall, Oxy, Xanax and the like? Who gets to ding the insurance company everytime somone needs a script renewed?

Topamax has been used for years by doctors in the know for weight loss by suppressing appetite. Now you can pay a lot more for it in a patented diet drug mix with phentermine. Stars have the money for Human Growth Hormone, and guys have various steroids which add muscle while reducing fat. Combine with breast cancer drugs to further reduce estrogen and fat retention. Adderall is not the only tool in the tool box.

Slap-n-Tickle said...

Topamax, whether mixed with phen or not, blows for weight loss. You could lose max 5% of your body weight on it before it returns. Plus Topamax side effects are quite unpleasant, numbness, tingling, burning sensations in your extremities, loss of taste, etc.

Best thing for weight loss, imho, is ephedra. But again, side effects aren't fun. And you regain when you stop. boo.

LowKey said...

Topamax works for a while, til your body adjusts to it.
Been on it for years for migraines.
Lost a bunch of weight at first, but gained it back.

Wow. I nwver heard that abour Canadian and Americab beer before! And certainly never that Austealian beer in Australia has more alcohol than both! ooOo

I'm on Adderall but I actually need it, thus it does nothing to me. I have an autoimmune disease and it has helped me so much in the way of coming out of brain fog. I've noticed I'm not as hungry, but my tummy hurts if I don't eat with all the meds I'm on just to "live".

Count Jerkula said...

@Countess: w/ all amphetamines, you have to be aware of your body, because they suppress urges and instincts. You have to say to yourself, "I haven't eaten/drank/slept in a long time, I better have something/lay down for a while."

I fasted once for 28 days - 23 days on water and 5 days on OJ. Lost 24 pounds.

If you ever want to gain weight, go on a fast. You'll be too low energy to exercise so you'll lose muscle as well as fat. Muscle is the fat burning engine so after the initial weight loss, you'll put weight back on really fast.

As I learned.

I found out one thing though - I was very healthy. Because when you fast you break down shit in your fat cells and it can make you sick. I never had any adverse reactions, other than feeling a bit dizzy if I stood up too quickly - so I learned not to do that.

I actually had a lot of energy at the end of the fast.

But here's a weird thing. After I had started eating again, there was a period from a Friday night to Monday morning where I literally forgot to eat. Yup, I went 60 hours without eating and didn't notice.

Shows how much of a habit eating is.

And, for those of you who are curious, the first three days are a bit difficult because the gastric juices are flowing, but after that they shut down and you have ZERO sensation of hunger.
