She always torments his wife for days afterwards that she is going to steal him from her. She is not a nice person.

Don't think it's Roger -- with 17 Grand Slam titles and still competing, no way is he former A+ list. And I don't think it's Beckham -- he might be former A+ athlete, but he's still an A+ celebrity (and wouldn't the blind have mentioned the wife is also a celebrity?). I think it's someone who's retired and no longer competing.
Tricia, I like your guess with Roger; I can totally see it.
The reason I guessed David is because he's a known cheater and they have run in some of the same circles before. I also think Vicky allows many things to happen 'behind' her back because being Mrs Beckham means more to her than self respect. Her desire to be fully accepted in the fashion world leads me to believe that that the model could openly flaunt a relationship with her husband and she would turn a blind eye because that model is pretty powerful in that industry.
I don't believe David or Victoria would ever leave one another.

Hey Eve! not much to go on- Becks was first thought, but as stated above- he's pretty savvy and I can't see it. Federer is a gentleman by all accounts, but a European one, and I see dalliances being less of an issue. However--- Tyson is an intriguing guess( someone posted I believe) : the "live on the edge" may be a clue. And he's married still I think- 4th wife? Lol
