This A list action movie actor makes his living being tough. Apparently he has prostate cancer but doesn't want anyone to know. When he had an illness a few months ago he noticed his movie offers reduced to a trickle and thinks coming forward and discussing prostate cancer will really put him into meltdown mode.

prostate cancer usually turns up in older men though. i doubt diesel or statham have it. they're in their 40's. stallone is a good guess.

Back in 2012 the Hollywood Street King site had a rumor that Stallone was facing a potentially life threatening illness but was hesitant to undergo surgery. Would fit prostate cancer.
Judging by how Val Kilmer looked in recent pictures, he was my first thought. I wouldn't call him A list though so probably not him.
