It freaked out the person who was having sex with the family member because it was not just a passing glance it was full on watching.

Call me crazy, but if I was freaked out because someone was watching me have sex, I'd probably consider stopping. At least moving to the bathroom. All these people stuck in these intolerable situations and unable to remove themselves. California is scary. /s

All that said, I agree it's the Houghs. Man, I hope whatever guy Derek was with didn't wilt under Julianne's stare. I wonder how many times she watched Derek get down with her "boyfriend" Ryan Seacrest, a few beards back?
