This could get complicated. For those of you who want a certain couple reunited, it would probably be best if the male part of that couple was not hooking up with both of his female co-stars on his new network show. The good news is he apparently does prefer the brunette to the blonde. So, maybe this summer another brunette can capture his attention.

That was fanfic. LOL at people guessing it's Duchov and his former co-star. For this BI to make sense there would have to be a brunette in the "Aquarius" cast and Anderson would have to be a brunette.
If you believe the rumors, Duchovny and Anderson have been a couple off and on since they met, and they still are. This is just the continuing smokescreen for their relationship, if the scuttlebutt about Hollywood's worst-kept secret is accurate.
How can this be Anderson. She's very blond now.
