Arab women ARE NOT forbidden from wearing makeup that's the most dumbass thing I've ever read. Haven't you noticed how much eyeliner and mascara they often use to emphasize the beauty of their eyes.
Among any other makeup they may choose to use, it's obvious just by looking at casual photos that makeup is not forbidden for Arabs or Muslim women in general.
