A Rod?
Jeter?
These are the only two I can think of since I haven't followed (boring) baseball in 20 plus years!
Josh Hamilton unless he still plays. Not sure bc I don't care.
David Ortiz?
Mike Piazza
Bite your tongue.
I just looked. Josh Hamilton is currently not on a team, playing the the minors and has a history of drug and alcohol relapses. He was so good at one time so I hope he gets it together.
I love baseball. I think this might be Josh Hamilton, but I hope not. I was rooting for him when he got clean and began showing what he could do, but I think he has fallen off the wagon a few times. He may have let his success get to his head.
Mariano?
Isn't Piazza in the hall of fame? And I think he's a closet case. That would be a hell uva comeback though. I watched his "rookie" career in the early '90's.
Hamilton makes sense. He was just nuts enough to put his wife on the Real Housewives and then relapse during filming, there by cutting her from the show. That dude is a mess.
Definitely Alex Rodriguez
If he is playing in the minors it's not like he has the option of playing for the pros.
