The problem the studio has is that their solution to two actors disliking each other is not to remind them they are getting paid a ton of money to act nice to each other, but that they forced the other actors in the movie to essentially choose sides which just makes everything worse.

With little knowledge of the actual events of this situation, I will side with 'The Rock' given he comes across as a team player and Vin Dismal comes across as selfish!

Enty Blind Gossip says the feud is PR BS. That Vin Diesel and The Rock KNOW if they act like enemies they get more media attention. I doubt they hate each other why would Vin Diesel even want The Rock in his Fast and Furious franchise? He invited the guy to work with him.

There was a blind on here that hit the nail on the head. These two are MUCH closer than friends but were caught by someone close to them. This freaked out Dwayne who did all the PR we-hate-each-other BS to put people off the scent.
They were quite open about their relationship in Tenerife filming the 6th film among crew.
