Naomi Watts and someone?
She and Ewan McGregor did “Stay” together but he’s with Mary Winstead right?
My first thought was Emma Watson and Robert Pattinson
Watts is currently filming, has a movie in pre-production, and two in post production, all with other fairly big names attached to them. And she was great in "The Glass Castle", which did not get nearly the attention it deserved.
That doesn't sound like a career going downhill fast to me, but I never get some of this slang.
I think @Emily has it with Emma Watson and Robert Pattinson.
Kit Harrington and Emilia Clark
I like Watson/Pattinson guess
Charlize and Seth to be completely different
Watson did a competent job in "Beauty and the Beast," although she's hardly a vocalist on the level of Paige O'Hara.
I hate the idea of Emma Watson's career going downhill, but maybe she's being blamed for the failure of The Circle, which wasn't her fault.
Her career is going downhill becuase she doesn't play the promo game well which is a part of the reason they pay you $$$'s.
Is funny how successful in acting can be so subjective from person to person. Working steadily means just that: working steadily. Thousands of actors work steadily but can't be considered successful. IMO being successful in Hollywood means to have had a big commercial and/or critical success in the past 2 years or so. Naomi Watts works steadily but all her projects in the past 5 years or even more have been all bombs, both commercially and critical. She's being laying egg after egg and at this point she needs to really reconsider her choices and her agents. On the other side Watson has had one of the biggest movies in the past years and even if her other smaller movies have been bombs she's still has the credit form that big bucks of Beauty & The Beast. In Hollywood is just either about money or critical success, nothing to do with how many projects your IMDB lists.
I thought of Robert and Emma in the other blind about him, but one of them wasn’t foreign born. I guess it is her team sending all these fake news to gossip sites.
It says they were co-stars though, Emma and Robert never were.
In Harry Potter, long ago!
@ronan, Robert played Cedric Diggory in the Goblet of Fire.
@Ronan, they were in HP, Goblet of Fire together
He’s not foreign born
Emma Watson career is doing GREAT Beauty and the Beast was amazing and the most successful movie of the year. OVER $1 billion dollars profit Watson also made $15 million dollars due to the success of the film.Emma Watson should be in high demand in Hollywood right now.
Right, and the success of the movie is entirely due to Watson? Are you kidding me? Any competent actress would have had the same result, it is a popular story with an ensemble cast, of which, I might add, Watson was the weakest link.
