As a consequence of the media feeding frenzy at Promises, Britney Spears is moving to a rehab facility which is more secure. With the pap swarming, the staff, other patients and Britney felt it would be best for her to check out of Promises and enter a more secure rehab facility where she can begin the process of healing and not have to worry about hiding from the cameras 24 hours a day. I will keep you updated.

Good!! I hope they don't find her this time and have the decency to let her try and heal.
I really hope that she can get the help that she needs. I think its a good idea for her to switch rehabs, because seriously with teh effing paps swarming her, I doubt it will help.

Well, I'm glad to hear that she's checking in somewhere else. When I had read that she checked out I thought, "Big surprise there!".
The paps are totally out of line in violating the privacy of the other patients at the facility, not to mention inhibiting any healing Brit could make.
Some agencies (TMZ, Extra) are reporting she quit again for home and stopped on the way at a tattoo parlor but it was closed. Privacy concerns I can understand. Kiki may be right though. Baker Act, closed family court competency hearing?

#1 Brit loves the attention and anyone that thinks she doesn't is a fool...
#2 Brit needs to call Rosie and take her up on her offer to help Brit get it together...no Rosie isn't a therapist but she is a pitbull and no one will get past Rosie to Brit which would allow her much needed rest to heal and get her life back..if that is truly what she needs and wants.
sigh.. even in rehab, the paparazzi has to hound her and disturb her privacy and all other staff and patients. i hope this is true cause i only wanna wish the best for her recovery.
This is come crazy shit. I wish people would leave her alone. We could all speclate and gossip here without all the pictures and crap.

I agree that she seeks the attention. It is what it is, not a PR fairytale and I think we'll see pictures of her & buddies @ the Marmont. I'm sure her money is paying for good childcare and good attorneys as well.

Tarlow & Berk is a criminal defense practice, really well known and big time. Since Britney has excellent divorce reps it makes you wonder if she was referred for different issues. Obviously needs to get at her $ but who knows? This blog would be alot more believable if the "updates" came before others scoop it. Especially as there have been no "lawyer" posts before re: $, competency, estate administration etc. Odd. So either TIAG or we have have a "legal entertainment" peon w/ no real contacts.
