Not a clue, but because hands tend to show age I'm wondering if it's an older actress, like perhaps Sharon Stone.
Of course, one might argue that she's an "actress" and not a "celeb" but if you've seen her one-note performances, "actress" night be a stretch.

When I put a masque on my face I always do my hands as well. So I guess I don't feel this blind is that out of the ordinary especially for Hollywood.
the hands thing makes me think of the three people i always think of when i think about ugly hands. madge, sjp, and priscilla presley.
i saw a pic of priscilla recently and her hands were much less scary looking than they have been in the past, so i'm going with her.
First person that popped into my head was Madonna. I remember all the crazy beauty/youth routine stuff that came out about her during the divorce gossip. This totally sounds like her.

Nicole Kidman, perhaps? She wore gloves to a recent event and has been reported to have a medical condition that leaves her hands looking unsightly from time to time. If it's her, I really can't fault her for this.

Diane Keaton wears gloves all the time. At first, I thought she might be a germaphobe, but after seeing pics of her and her kid dumpster-diving, I think it may have more to do with the appearance of her hands.
