I would laugh if it was Tia and Tamara. I saw an interview with them once and they almost couldn't help completing each other's sentences. But I never sensed any sort of competitiveness between Tia and Tamara. I think this is totally Hilary and Hailey.
Deff not Zooey she was in no way a child star unless breaking into the biz in college counts and her and her sister aren't competitive.
I'd say the duffs just because of the 'infant' thing.
