Apparently there is a video making the rounds of this former almost A list mostly movie actress who has had a very bad year. Not even an actress anymore. Anyway, the video was made when she had Skype sex with a C list rap star who she had the hots for. He was recording the whole thing and there are about 30 minutes of the former actress going solo and also dancing and smoking pot.

What he needs to do is shake down a tube site for a consulting job, then upload it via proxy to their site. Once it is up there, the site will just have to field the DCMA letters and take it down, as they could just have someone in Turkmenistan or Nigeria create new accounts to upload it. It will be be a constant thing for her lawyers to deal with, because once it is live, it will never die. Websites are not responsible for user posts, so if she tried to sue the site, all she would be doing is giving them free advertising in the tabloids.

2. Mostly movies. She has been mostly movies since her show with Garth ended. Check out IMDB.
3. She is obsessed with social media and posting pics of herself, so it's no stretch to think she's do this stuff on Skype as well. And of course, anyone who can tweet about wanting some rapper to murder her vagina can totally do worse things in private (or at least, she thought it was private).
4. Very bad year. She's been all over media for her apparent public meltdown and is getting a lot of flak for it. The bong incident recently is a continuing thread.
5. Not even an actress anymore. She did publicly "resign" from acting.
